Welcome to Southern Falls, presented by Mountain Vibe Vacations!

Southern Falls is a 4,000-square-foot Smoky Mountain retreat in The Summit on Bluff Mountain, packed with amenities for fun inside and out. The newly upgraded outdoor space takes this already impressive cabin to another level with a 30' x 60' pickleball court, basketball goal with lighting, turf play area with playground, and a large stone fire pit perfect for evenings together.
Inside, large windows fill the cabin with natural light and showcase the beautiful wooded surroundings. Guests can enjoy a private indoor pool, game room, spacious gathering areas, three king bedrooms, a bunk room, and plenty of room for up to 12 guests.
Whether your days are spent swimming, playing pickleball, shooting hoops, exploring Pigeon Forge, or simply relaxing around the fire, Southern Falls has something for everyone. It's a great choice for family vacations, couples' trips, small reunions, and getaways with friends.
Southern Falls is also conveniently located just 2.1 miles from The Trillium Venue, a luxury mountain wedding venue in the heart of the Smoky Mountains.

Living Room
Step into the bright and welcoming living room, where soaring ceilings, a raindrop chandelier, multi-toned hardwood floors, and a stacked-stone electric fireplace create a beautiful mountain gathering space. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in plenty of natural light and frame the surrounding Smoky Mountain scenery.
Settle into the comfortable seating with a good book, gather around the big-screen TV for movie night, or simply enjoy time together after a day of mountain adventures. The sofa also doubles as a queen sleeper for additional sleeping space. The open design makes it easy to stay connected with the rest of the group, including those enjoying the rec loft above.
Indoor fireplaces are active from late September through April 1.

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meals and snacks throughout your stay. Stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and a large island with seating for 3 make cooking and serving easy.
Start the morning with your favorite K-cup from the Keurig or brew a full pot with the traditional coffeemaker. A full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and other kitchen essentials make it easy to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to family dinners.

Dining Area
Just steps from the kitchen, the dining area features a large farmhouse-style table with seating for 12 and a wall of windows overlooking the wooded surroundings.
There's room for everyone to gather for meals, game nights, morning coffee, or planning the day's Smoky Mountain adventures.

Rec Room
Ready for a little friendly competition? Head upstairs to the rec loft for games of pool, arcade fun, and another big-screen TV.
Exposed beams and a two-toned ceiling continue the cabin's mountain style, while comfortable seating gives everyone a place to hang out between games. With the rec loft overlooking the main living area, the space feels connected while still giving guests another place to spread out.

Private Indoor Pool
One of Southern Falls' standout amenities is its private indoor pool, giving guests a place to swim and relax no matter the season.
The pool room features a spa area with waterfall, a kiddie pool, colorful underwater lighting, and a wall of windows overlooking the trees. The main pool measures approximately 21 feet at its longest point and 10 feet at its widest, with depths ranging from approximately 3 to 5 feet. Stairs at both ends make getting in and out easy.
There's also a poolside entertainment area with a table for 6 and a mounted big-screen TV, so even those who aren't swimming can comfortably join in on the fun.

Bedrooms
Southern Falls comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests with a mix of king bedrooms and a spacious bunk room.
The entry level features one king bedroom, with two additional king bedrooms located on the second floor. Each king bedroom offers a flatscreen TV, plush king-size bed, and en-suite bathroom. The primary suite also features direct deck access and a garden tub for relaxing after a day in the mountains.
The fourth bedroom is designed with families and groups in mind and features Queen-over-Queen bunks plus Twin-over-Twin bunks.
Two bedrooms also offer futons for additional sleeping space, and the living room features a queen sleeper sofa.

Outdoor Spaces
The outdoor experience at Southern Falls just got a major upgrade.
Challenge your crew to a match on the 30' x 60' pickleball court, shoot some hoops at the basketball goal with lighting, or let the kids enjoy the turf play area with playground. When the games wind down, pull up a chair around the large stone fire pit and settle in for a relaxing Smoky Mountain evening.
Southern Falls also features a steamy outdoor hot tub, outdoor dining area, and comfortable lounge seating. Start the morning outside with coffee, enjoy dinner surrounded by nature, soak tired muscles after a day exploring Pigeon Forge, or spend the evening catching up around the fire.
A flat, paved driveway provides parking for up to 5 vehicles, making arrivals and departures easy.

Southern Falls also offers the everyday conveniences that make a mountain getaway feel like home, including complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, TVs throughout the cabin, a gas grill, and a fully equipped kitchen.
With an indoor pool, hot tub, game room, pickleball and basketball court, playground, fire pit, and plenty of room to gather, Southern Falls gives your group plenty to do without ever leaving the property — while still keeping you close to everything the Pigeon Forge area has to offer.
