Location! Gorgeous New Construction 3 bedroom 3 Full bath + 2 half bath just minutes to downtown Pigeon Forge and the areas best restaurants, attractions, and entertainment! Great views the pictures just dont do justice! Unwind in the hot tub, have fun with air hockey and arcade in the game room, and cozy up by the fireplace or outdoor firepit and create unforgettable memories with your group! Book now!
4WD vehicles are recommended from December-April

Please bring your own firewood for the fire pit.

We have an extra guest fee after the 8th person for $30 per night

**Please include pet size, breed, if or not house trained, and any other relevant details on your message!**

While we do permit pets in the cabin, we kindly request that you notify us prior to booking, as each pet request is subject to approval and pet fee. Please be aware that we do not accept pets that shed excessively, as this can pose challenges for our cleaning staff during turnovers. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

There are lots of bears running around the cabins so lock your cars and do not leave any food inside. If you're lucky enough to experience a bear sighting, feel free to take pictures, but DO NOT attempt to pet them. These are still wild animals.

** An unauthorized late check-out will incur a $100 charge per additional hour.

The roads leading to the cabin are generally in good condition. Pine Haven Drive, in particular, is not extremely steep, but it does have inclines and curves. In the event of icy or snowy conditions, we recommend the use of a 4WD vehicle.

We provide a starter pack of basic necessities, such as toilet paper, trash bags, soap/shampoo, and paper towels.
Our cleaners also usually leave (if applicable) dishwasher tablets/dish soap, coffee, oil/salt/pepper, etc.
We do our best to provide the basics, but please consider that it is really meant for getting you started in for shorter stays. If you need a little extra of any of these items, let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist you!

You have a Charcoal type grill at this property, if you intend on using it, you will need to provide your charcoal.

You have a firepit at the property, please bring your own firewood.

Please use the bear-proof garbage containers outside of the cabin. Please do not leave food and trash on the decks and porches.

Bear protection:

1) Do not feed or interact with bears if you see them. Never get in between a mama bear and her cub.
2) Never run away from bears, they would think you are prey. Stay 50 yards away.
3) If needed, make loud noises and move slowly
4) Do not put trash outside unless it's in the bear-proof containers- it will attract bears!
5) Take pictures since they are so cute! But DO NOT approach. Lock car doors and cabin doors as bears have been known to get into them!
6) Remove all food and trash from your vehicles! Bears can smell it and can damage your vehicle trying to get to the food!
7) Keep your car doors locked at all times. Bears are getting wiser and they can open car doors.

Better value elsewhere House is okay, pretty well as described. Minimum supplied, minimal toilet paper, minimum towels.It is listed as pet friendly. However pet fee is 150.00 per night. I had to make the reservation just to find out what the pet fee wasOverall, the house is okay, just there are better places for a lot less cost.
