INSIDE
The 1st-floor offers an open living space with a family-friendly layout including a gas fireplace, smart TV, floor-to-ceiling windows, a sofa bed, comfy chairs, an acoustic guitar, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, large pantry, full bathroom with tub, bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a TV game room with a dehumidifier, washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Kitchen small appliances include a Keurig Duo Coffee Machine, Mr. Coffee Pot, Instant Pot, Electric Tea Kettle, Toaster, Blender, & Microwave.

The 2nd-floor offers a loft living room with a smart TV, sofa, 2 bean bag chairs, & board games. There is also a full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, a master bedroom with a king-size bed, and a room with two twin bunk beds, a cozy armchair, and children`s books.

Family-friendly amenities include a pack-n-play, booster seat with meal tray, kids` dinnerware, a baby gate (tension/removable), infant toys, and kids` books.

OUTSIDE
This Scenic Hideaway is located on a mountain, with a mountain view. The lower paved area offers a small charcoal BBQ pit and parking for 2 cars.

The back porch was recently renovated and offers gorgeous mountain views, a 4-person hot tub, and brand-new Polywood furniture, including a dining table, bar stools, armchairs, and lounge seats. And string lights to set the mood! The front porch offers Polywood presidential rocking chairs to enjoy the scenic views.

GETTING HERE
Take a short, 7-minute drive up the mountain as you climb altitude to enjoy the scenic views our cabin has to offer. PLEASE NOTE: our driveway angles the opposite side of the road so as you enter Hideaway Way, you`ll need to pass our driveway entrance and turn around at the end of the road. You`ll then be able to make a right up our driveway. Our driveway has a steep incline but it is well worth the view at the end. All guests are advised to be equipped with 4WD or AWD (or tire chains) in the winter months. If it`s your first time here, we recommend checking in during daylight hours if possible, to make your drive easier. Our property is equipped with automatic floodlights during night hours.

There is enough parking for 2 full-sized vehicles.

KEYLESS ENTRY
No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.

Nestled on top of the Smoky Mountains yet perfectly situated between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Our cabin allows you to get away and enjoy the quiet mountain life while still being close to all the nearby attractions. Here a just a few!

Roads leading to the cabin can be windy and narrow at times. Please drive carefully. Our driveway is very steep and can comfortably fit 2 cars for parking.

NO PETS
We love animals but we cannot accommodate pets or other animals at this time. No exceptions. A minimum fee of $100 will be imposed if you bring unauthorized animals to our cabin.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
Booking guests must be 23 or older to reserve a stay at our cabin and must remain present for the duration of the stay.

REVERSE OSMOSIS H2O
Bring your water canteens and leave your single-use bottles. Enjoy the comfort of having purified drinking water with our reverse osmosis water filtration system. You may fill up your water bottles using the thin faucet to the right of the kitchen sink, as well as the fridge water/ice dispensers.

GENERATOR
For your comfort and safety, our cabin is equipped with a generator for any power outages that may be experienced in the winter months.

HOT TUB
Please note that hot tubs may take hours to heat up. Depending on what time the property was cleaned, and the time of your arrival, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival.

SEVERE WEATHER
We recommend that guests purchase travel insurance when booking in case severe weather prevents them from traveling. We are unable to refund bookings for this issue. Tire chains and/or 4WD are recommended during the winter months while driving on mountain roads. We provide snow shovels and ice melt during winter months in case they`re needed.

SECURITY CAMERAS
For your safety, and to protect our property, we have installed security cameras on the exterior of the cabin only. We value our guests` privacy and do not actively monitor during your stay. These cameras allow us to track cleaning/maintenance schedules, check-ins & and check-outs, as well as any potential hazards that may need our immediate attention. Our security cameras face the driveway and the front entrance. These cameras are on their own private server, only accessible to the host. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Guest must be 23 or older to book our cabin and must be present at the cabin for the duration of the trip.

PARTIES | UNREGISTERED GUESTS
No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. No parties or events. Please refrain from playing loud music during the night hours (past 10 PM) as we want to be respectful to our neighbors.

HOT TUB | CHILDREN
Please follow the posted hot tub safety rules and regulations. Children must be supervised at all times. Please leave the hot tub cover on and latched when not in use.

SMOKING | CANDLE BURNING
No smoking inside the property or burning candles of any kind. Smoking indoors and unauthorized fires may be charged a fine of $100 plus any damages caused to the property.

BUNK BEDS
Guest assumes responsibility for all family members using bunk beds and any accidents that may incur from misuse. Guest agrees to waive claims against the host for accidents arising from bunk bed use.

BEDROOM DINING
No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room or deck area.

EARLY CHECK-IN | LATE CHECK-OUT
If you are interested in early check-in or late check-out times, please first contact us. We may be able to accommodate you for an additional fee of $25 (depending on the cleaning schedule).
