To exit property: 1. Lock front door from the inside and prepare to exit from side door. 2. Make sure side door is completely closed. 3. Enter code on keypad then the lock icon.
Place used towels in the bathroom. Leave bed linens on the beds. Please be sure all kitchen equipment is off Living room lap may be left on. HVAC on "auto" mode setting.
DO NOT leave any trash or food debris outdoors except bagged trash, well secured, inside the bear proof dump bins.

It’s a nice quiet spot, nothing is super close, but it’s not too far either. Guess we were the first guests! Don’t hesitate to rent this property!
