"Rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. Had a good time for a quick one-night stay. Indoor water park was great entertainment for the kids for the few hours we had."

"After a long drive to get there we check in get to our room and notice our toilet is clogged and there is water on the bathroom floor. I call the front desk they send someone up and all he has is plunger no sanitizer, mop and he’s like you're all set. I tell him is somebody gonna come clean this up so he says he will send someone up over an hour later. No one has shown up so I call the front desk again they send someone up and he shows up with two towels once again I say, do you have something to sanitize the floor and toilet he leaves again comes back with bleach saturate the whole bathroom with bleach. The whole room stunk so bad two days later our fridge stops working just one thing after another beds are not very comfortable. The breakfast is not worth the price. They do not offer free coffee. There’s a coffee cart And it’s six dollars for a basic black coffee. I probably wouldn’t go back. The location is beautiful, but be aware you will not be able to walk to downtown Gatlinburg. It is a pretty steep road to get to the hotel. "

"Amazing, clean place to stay in a very busy area. The river runs directly behind the hotel so every room has a view. The beds are soft and if you are traveling with family each room has a thick partial wall between the two beds to give a degree of privacy not common in any other hotel I have ever been in. They even have two tv’s, one for each bed. Amazing!"

"Staff was great and welcoming. Our room was huge, although it had hair all over the bathroom floor and shower, crumbs in the sofa bed. There was trash throughout the hotel. Breakfast wasn’t the best, but it was free. "

"I booked the property for a few reasons. One is, I saw that it was walking distances to alot of the downtown market/activities, and also because of the fireplace in the room, and the hot tub on the property. I arrived and saw that both the pool and the hot tub was closed due to maintenance. (Would’ve thought they would do maintenance on both during the off-season not the beginning of busy season) Me and my lady wanted to wine down at the end of the night with a bottle of wine in front of the fireplace but it would not stay burning. The staff was accommodating when requests were made to have technician come by. Maintenance technician came by twice to get it to work but had no luck. (Stay at hotel for three days and was not able to use the fireplace) Also, parking spaces is very tight, esp with oversize vehicles. Garage ceilings is very low, if your vehicle is higher than 6 feet you will have problems parking. I’ve been to Gatlinburg a few times, but never booked at this location, not saying/knowing if these are ongoing issues with the property however, these were a few problems I ran across. Again, the front desk staff was nice. "
