Nestled in a serene setting, 'Kabina' is a marvel of architectural beauty and contemporary luxury, spanning 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms across its spacious three levels. Each detail and amenity is thoughtfully chosen to enhance your stay, ensuring a blend of relaxation and entertainment.

Your Retreat Highlights:

Luxurious Accommodations: Three elegantly appointed bedrooms each with custom tiled showers in the bathrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.
Main and lower are King sized. Upstairs is Queen.

Entertainment for Everyone:Dive into fun with a home theater room featuring an 85" screen with seating for 10, Star Wars pinball, two arcade games, a shuffleboard table, and a pool table. A kitchenette on the lower level adds convenience to your entertainment space.


Gourmet Kitchen and Dining:Prepare delicious meals in the open-plan kitchen equipped with modern appliances and dine at the table for 8 or at the island seating for 3.


Outdoor Living Enhanced:Enjoy the breathtaking mountain vistas from the hot tub, dine al fresco with outdoor dining facilities, or unwind in the swinging egg chairs. A fire pit with supplied firewood makes for perfect evening gatherings under the stars. You can even see the nightly fireworks from Dollywood on a clear summer night.


Modern Conveniences:Stay cozy with an electric fireplace in the living area and keep your electric vehicle charged with the EV charger. A laundry room and level parking for three vehicles provide additional convenience.
