THE BASICS:
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

GUEST COMMUNICATION:
Guests will receive a booking confirmation text message that will include your reservation rental agreement for review and signature. The rental agreement will redirect guests to the welcome book that will include important information about your stay, including check-in details. We will resend the welcome book via text message and email 24-48 hours prior to your arrival.
