The check in process was so easy and the cabin was very nice and big!! super clean and still in the mountains without being to far up in the mountains!!!
Cabin is in a great location. It is close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but feels like you are away in the mountains if you don’t want the hustle and bustle! Thanks for a great trip!
Everything was as advertised and clean! Our family had a great time enjoying all the cabin had to offer - and when we did get out it was so close to everything!
The cabin was exactly as advertised. Very nice and roomy. Kids loved the game room and theater. The location is perfect for getting to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Would definitely stay there again.
Great stay! Comfy beds, plenty of entertainment. Great for large family of 6. We liked grilling outdide but an additional cooking/grilling option would be nice. Bring wood and laundry soap/dryer sheets.
This rental is very spacious, each bedroom has a full bath. The living area is large and the kitchen is well stocked. It is in a great location, between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. All entertainment was in working order. The only two complaints-dusty and the pillows on all beds were beyond terrible.
We had the best time at the cabin! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub was hot - it had it all! The game room and theater were so fun and the electronics easy to operate. Our host, Ben, made sure everything was smooth and we were well informed in a timely manner on anything we needed to know. A perfect stay!
The cabin was very clean and peaceful, loved how it’s not too far but not to close, perfect location, owner replies back quickly with any questions or concerns you have, will definitely book here again! Felt like home away from home!
We loved the cabin. It was located in a quiet area just past Pigeon Forge, excellent location. We loved that all the bedrooms had a fireplace and loved that the fire pit outside was ready to roast s’mores! We enjoyed the hot tub and game room as well. We had a good trip and made lots of memories. Hope to go back soon!
This was the perfect cabin for our yearly family vacation to Pigeon Forge. It was in a great quiet location, but close to all the action. There were lots for us and our three children to do with the arcade games, pool table, fire pit, movie room and hot tub when we weren’t in town enjoying the attractions. We will definitely return to this cabin.
We had a wonderful time, our first time in the Smokey Mountains. Loved the convenience to town, the space, game room, and hot tub. There was definitely plenty to keep us busy while in the cabin. We didn’t have any issues that we needed to contact the host, and check in and out went very smooth.

Great location and property, but ...
The cabin is at a great location. Right next to Pigeon Forge and a very short drive from the park and Gatlinburg. The property itself is very good with plenty of rooms, pool table, movie room etc. but the upkeep is not good. Patio was lined with cowebs, bathroom were not clean. Having travelled so far, we expected basic amenities like toiletries and pantry staples to be provided, but we had to go purchase them from nearby Kroger.
We had 6 adults stay at this spacious cabin. All the facilities were very clean. We utilized everything. The movie room was great with a huge tv. The hot tub was clean and fit 4 great, 6 was a little tight but we made it work. Water pressure in showers were not the best. The kitchen was fully stocked with crockpot, air frier and all the cookies sheets and pans needed. We would 1000% stay there again and again.
Wasn’t as clean as I had hoped but beautiful and exactly what we needed! I would definitely go back!!!

St. Patrick’s weekend
Beautiful location and wonderful cabin. However, just needed a little maintenance done, shower handles were near broken , there were no instructions on anything but the code to the door. Outside lights with the gazebo do not work at all. Overall , wonderful location and close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge
This is a nice cabin, but it is more of a cabin in the woods than a luxury house. The space and layout are great for a family or three couples. It needs a good dusting inside and sweeping outside, but the essential areas are clean. HVAC worked well. Could have used a few more kitchen linens and blankets. Nice hot tub. Big thanks to Ben for his quick response time to all our questions and needs. Convenient location and fairly easy access with good parking.
Quiet home tucked between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge
The pros: The host was very responsive before and during our stay. Great location - quiet and private, yet very convenient to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Smoky Mtns. Layout was perfect for our crew. We especially loved all the outdoor seating. And the super comfy beds.
The cons: There were only 5 forks and 4 spoons - but lots of knives; no bathmats, and only 1 hand towel. Carpet has seen better days, as has the seating in the theatre room. The outside could use a good scrub -- lots of cobwebs and dirty windows.
Overall it was a very pleasant home to stay in and we would consider going back.
Nice place, but needs a few updates. Has potential to be Great!
Location, size, and convenience to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was good. There was most amenities you would need for a fun stay in The Smokeys. Ben was super easy to deal with and friendly as a host. However there are several things that need attention! No outside lights in most places around the cabin (and it’s very dark there). The kitchen sink faucet soaked me almost every time I used it, pool table is missing rack, Only one washcloth in 2nd bathroom. Nothing major, but a little inconvenient at the same time. I would stay here again.
It’s in a great location and the owner was very quick to respond to any messages. The cabin needs a good cleaning. There was cobwebs throughout and the kitchen floor was very dirty (spilled milk on the floor and cleaned it up is how we noticed how dirty it was). The shower faucets are broken in a couple of the bathrooms. We thought the blinds had mold on them but the owner had the cleaning lady go out and she said it was pollen. All in all it was a great cabin in a great location just needs some work done and a good deep cleaning.
Great getaway for family with young adult children as pool table and arcade games gave down time alternatives and we had good family time playing pool. Really liked the theater room too. Enjoyed the hot tub. Negative of the stay was that the hot tub had not been drained or cleaned when we got there as water was brown and foamy. Good was that owner was easy to contact and respond through app and give me some direction and I am handy enough to be able to drain, clean, and refill. Not ideal and did lose arrival day use waiting on temp to get back up which was disappointing after 5+ hour drive. Also as general note on housekeeping, several of the handsoap dispensers had not been refilled, so I regretted not bringing my own, and there was a huge dustweb just above head height in the main level half bath. Despite these minor issues, this is a great place and I would recommend to friends and I would stay again. Actually very likely will stay again the next time we vacation in the area.

Overhyped & overpriced
Great location. House is okay but the gutters are full of debris and new growth. Living room furniture is old, worn out sofas. Not enough functional seating on the decks. Also, the full borer bee traps and sawdust from the bees show a lack of care on the owner’s parts. We specifically wanted a pool table. This one had no functional pool cues or a rack for the balls. I’m especially unhappy that I had to purchase those items so that we could use the table. We left them for others to enjoy. There’s dust everywhere, from the ceiling fans on down. In the kitchen the pots and pans are old, dented and need replacing. The toaster only works if you hold down the button for over two minutes while you wait. Some utensils have plastic pieces breaking off while in use. Bathroom soap dispensers are empty. We deserve a partial refund. The price we paid should get you a top quality place, not one like this.

Quick Family Getaway
Took Family up for few days of some family time. Location of the Cabin was great. Roads are narrow so be careful. Plenty of Room for everyone and loved that the bedrooms were on top floor away from gameroom! Ben was super quick to respond to our issues and Melanie the housekeeping lady brought items super fast. Plenty of parking and close to both Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. Those are all the Positive things. Now few things that I brought to the attention of Ben. Sometimes owners do not visit maybe and get to see the issues that need addressing and Ben assured us he would be. Dishwasher leaked all over kitchen. Dishes had been put away dirty with food stuck on them. Blinds were covered in Mold. Hot tub had not been cleaned and was covered in nasty foam and water was yellow, With that being said Melanie did come straight there to take care of that but at that point it was to late for me to want to use it. Info on check in says emptied after each visit and cleaned and it def was not. Having a family member die from MRSA we were not about to chance that! Couches are very very loved and could use updating. Needed Melanie to being clean linens for pull out sofas due to them being put away dirty. Pool Table is missing the triangle to set the balls for the game. We played and still had fun though. Theater Room chairs are not all bolted and will turn over so becareful. Again I say that when I brought all this to Bens Attention he was going to address everything. Check in was easy!
