Located near the Arts & Crafts District, Bella Vista Lodge boasts unsurpassed seclusion while affording easy, direct and unintimidating driving access to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

The hardwood floors, comfortable and inviting living area, impressive floor to ceiling stack stone fireplace, and commanding antler chandeliers provide the perfect lodge environment. A full-equipped kitchen will surpass all of your expectations. With large flat-panel televisions, pool table, 5-person hot tub, 43" arcade (with over 60 retro games) and a good collection of board games, Bella Vista offers unending entertainment options for the entire family.

Each of the five bedrooms features luxury bedding and king-size log beds. An inviting reading area affords comfort and some of the best views in the house. The “bunk room” is a haven for kids of all ages with two log bunk beds.

Great Rental

The cabin was just like pictures and great view from deck. Easy access to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Would definitely rent again.

Lovely stay for large group

Location and views were great. House itself was wonderful. Spacious, great bedroom set-ups for adults and kids lived the bunk room/basement game room. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Only minor quibble- there was no hand soap, no soap, shampoo, etc in the showers, and the grill didn’t have everything instructions said were required. Not a big deal, and not worth losing a star over, but slightly inconvenienced to have to go out and get some basics and not have the grill ready to go the first night. Otherwise, house was nicely stocked.

Awesome view

The cabin was awesome. All the front windows had a beautiful view of the Smokey mountains!! The fire pit was used about every night with all the family around it making s’mores!! I would highly recommend this cabin for the view alone.

Family Thanksgiving!!!

Three families meeting for Thanksgiving! The house couldn’t have been better! Private location, great view, great communication, a fire pit for Thanksgiving, a pool table, a video game machine, an air hockey table, and great space for everyone! Hugely recommend staying here! Thanks for letting us stay!

The house accommodated our entire family. It was clean and very accurately represented. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. I would highly recommend staying here. We even saw bears off the back deck!

Happy New Year

We had a party of 8. Cabin was plenty big with great amenities to occupy your time. The two living room spaces were great for our large party and places for kids to hang. The view and firepit are fantastic. We will stay here again. The owners were very proactive checking in on us. Would highly recommend this cabin!

Large comfortable house

There was plenty of space to spread out….4 couples and we each had a king bed. Hot tub was great, as well as pool table, and air hockey. The host was very responsive! It could have been cleaner and the refrigerator leaked, was missing a shelf and the ice maker was broken, simply needs to be replaced. Overall an enjoyable stay for a large group.

Great Cabin - awesome location

Brian's place was great! Two small families stayed here and the kids loved the bunk room! We spent every night playing pool, airhockey and other games in the walk out basement. It was a total bonus that there was a packnplay and high chair for our tiniest family member. House is well outfitted with all the things. We'd totally stay again. We found the location to be really great as we bounced back and forth between PG and Gatlinburg but either takes about 20 minutes to get to (mountain roads). Beds were comfortable, fire pit was great, views were awesome!

Had it all

We had an amazing time. This location is perfect to get to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. The house has plenty of space and the game room was awesome for a group of 12! We were able to enjoy firepit, hot tub, corn hole, and BBQ. We had an issue with water draining and once we contacted owner he had a plumber there the next day. The owner checked-in with us and was fantastic to work with during our stay. Highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable mountain retreat

This is a very comfortable mountain home perfect for a large group(we had 8 in our group). We enjoyed sitting out on the deck enjoying the Mountain View in the mornings before taking a short drive into the national park for hiking or into Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge for shopping/dining. The cabin offer a secluded private feel but is not far off a main road. The cabin itself was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Lots of space to spread out but enough comfortable seating that we could all hang out together, too. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool table, air hockey, and arcade. The owner, Brian, was very friendly and responded to all my emails/questions very quickly and was very helpful. The check in and check out process was very simple and well explained. We would definitely recommend this cabin to others and would stay there again.

Family vacation

Brian the home owner was very easy to work with. He answered all of our questions and when we texted him, he was quick and his response. The cabin was perfect for our big family. Everyone had a space. We have stayed at many Vrbo listing and this one by far was the most equipped with supplies and equipment. Our kids loved the arcade games and pool table. Us adults put the corn hole to the test. The hot tub was an added feature that we enjoyed. We did use the grill and that needs a little TLC but served our needs. The only bummer was we didn’t get any bears up close. We did have a fox visit us. We would recommend this property to our friends and family.

mom’s birthday weekend

Everyone had a wonderful time - the sleeping quarters were very comfortable; the kitchen had everything that we needed. The game room downstairs was the social hub - where we all enjoyed the billiards table, air hockey and classic video games Would definitely make another visit

Annual Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. This cabin was perfect for our family. We make an annual trip to Gatlinburg and Bella Vista was our favorite cabin yet.
