When we arrived, there were a few issues with the property a couple of things that did not fully match the listing. However, this is a very large home that sleeps around 30 people, and with a property of this size, things can occasionally get broken, misplaced, or may not be able to be replaced before the next guests arrive.What mattered most was how the owner handled everything. They took full accountability, responded immediately, and offered to make everything right, including arranging local delivery to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.Their communication was prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire situation. That level of customer service speaks volumes. No vacation rental will ever be absolutely perfect, especially one designed to accommodate such a large group. At the end of the day, the most important thing is having an owner who responds, takes concerns seriously, and does everything possible to make the stay right. This owner exceeded our expectations in every way.The house itself was extremely spacious, the views were amazing, and the drive up was an experience of its own. We even saw bears along the road on the way to the property, which made the trip even more memorable.The pool and hot tub were especially impressive. They were the cleanest and freshest-smelling pool and hot tub we have ever experienced during our 15 consecutive years of visiting the area.
