    Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

    Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

    We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

    This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. the house was absolutely beautiful!!! It was roomy, cozy, quiet - everything we needed. However your pic showed basketball hoop and my kids were devastated that there was not one there when we arrived. We had such a beautiful weekend to play outside and they were ready to play against their cousins that all play basketball. That was probably the one big fail!!Also, I would love to find out the brand name of the mattress that was in the master bedroom on main floor. It was a regular mattress that was sooooo comfortable - so comfortable that we want to go buy one since we are in the market to do so.Thank you for offering your house, we absolutely had the best time.

Beautiful and Spacious - Just needs a deep cleaning

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this cabin and our stay were wonderful. The pictures were very accurate and didn’t do the cabin justice. The layout was well thought out and the finishes and quality were top of the line. There was so much space and the kitchen was well stocked for people like us who planned to cook often. The only negatives were that the theater room had a broken recliner and initially the hot tub jets weren’t working (the maintenance team was exceptional in fixing the jets!). Aside from that, the cabin needs a good deep cleaning. The surface level cleaning was ok but the dust and dead bugs on the window sills higher up was extreme. Also we found random socks and hair ties under the beds and in the bathrooms along with thick dust and some dead bugs on the bottom of the headboards and on the floors in the bedrooms. To me, this wasn’t what I would have expected to see if the cabin was truly cleaned thoroughly regularly—especially for the price we paid. We also wished the view of the mountains would have been present vs just the woods. We would stay here again though. It checked so many of our boxes!

Drive to property was much easier than other TN rentals we had. Outdoor space with forest view and stream in distance was serine and much enjoyed. Beds were comfortable and home layout was roomy, not at all cramped. Car port was great for rainy day coverage. There were closets with appreciated hangers and luggage rack in all bedrooms. Xfinity boxes or smart tvs allowed for streaming sign ins even though documentation said otherwise. Tap water was great tasting. We love to cook on vacation and kitchen was lacking basic supplies and storage. We planned ahead brining clear tubs to store purchased food. A pantry and microwavable dishes would be a great addition to the kitchen. Movie room was one of the best we have seen. Sonos sound through out the house was a wonderful and appreciated feature. Kids thought they hit the jackpot with game room, pool and bonus mini golf rug. Location provided an easy drive to all action of Pigeon Forge area. We enjoyed all the thoughtful features of Livin the Dream!

The outdoor area is well suited for a cozy campfire and a quick dip into the hot tub. The lower level pool is a bonus and provides a luxurious feel. The main floor outdoor patio is awesome and has plenty of seating to watch a football game or any event/movie. We had a few maintenance issues, but they were quickly resolved by the resort staff. The resorts responses to any questions we had were incredibly swift and timely. A+++ to the staff.

We cooked our grilled at least once our twice a day or entire stay. You will not have any spices, condiments,etc. Also only 1 roll of paper towel and TP for each bathroom. This is all noted in the listing. The house was very clean. They probably could ruin a mop over basement floor. We didn't use the theater room. Guys spent most of time playing Golden Tee! The hit tub was large and pool was relaxing.We saw a couple of bears. One in the neighborhood and one in the driveway. Oh, driveway is huge with a carport!And if anyone is reading and freaked out by the word neighborhood don't be. The home is in a "neighborhood" but for now most of the homes are far apart. Unfortunately looks like quite a bit of construction going on in several sites. That's ashame because this really is a beautiful area. Distance to PF is about 15 mins. We were in town for dance nationals and had to run back and forth several times. Gatlinburg was just about 20-25 mins. Depending on traffic.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bedrooms had no storage in the master for anything. Everything I had was stored on the floor.Second floor bedrooms were small. Again, little storage. People kept running into the bedframes and hurting themselves.The bunk beds had no place for suitcases or bags. Everything ended up on the floor. So everyone was walking all over their belongings the whole time.The copper sinks may look cool, but are very impractical. They should be recessed into the counter. Because the sink edges are so high, I had water dripping down my arm and on to the floor every time I used the sink.The showers need a door or a curtain. The pebble floor was sharp. Had someone cut their heal. At least put a shower mat in.Couldn't use the outdoor fire pit because of the numerous bears roaming around. We barricaded the patio so the bears wouldn't wander unto it. Bring your bear whistle with you.The basketball support and backboard were missing. We took basketballs that couldn't be used.Needed bigger trash receptacle.Second floor patio was good. Outside cooking station was nice. Would have liked a flat top too.The water filter on the refrigerator was 99 days overdue. It should have been replaced before we took possession.Pool was adequate for the kids.Kitchen was spacious. No plastic glasses for the kids.Plastic plates were flaking after being put in the dishwasher.Large dining table was nice. The island was very warped and hard to work on.

We loved the serene and private location of the house away from the hustle and bustle of pigeon forge or Gatlinburg. We had a concern about the hot tub and they sent someone out that evening. The kids loved the pool, game room, and theater room. The adults loved watching march madness in the outdoor family room. Wish we could stay longer.

Our family of 11 enjoyed movie nights with popcorn, swimming in the pool, the game room, and playing board games! A couple of items were not as shown in the online pictures (deck TV and basketball hoop were not there), but nothing that impacted the fun we had! Our trip was complete when we saw a bear from the kitchen window!!

Mountain Retreat??

Reviewer Comments: Before I would recommend staying in this rental, I would like to warn everyone about ALL of the problems that we encountered with our stay. I chose this cabin for ALL of the amenities that it offered, however, when we arrived, NONE of the technology worked! We wasted 2 days of our 6 trying to get them to fix everything! Also, the big screen tv on the outdoor deck was MISSING! The Hot tub was freezing, and they finally sent a video to fix that! By day 3 of our 6 days, things started to finally come together. I wanted a cabin that had everything, and on paper, this one did, but did not deliver. Once most things got fixed, we did enjoy our stay, but we felt that for the price,we totally did not get what we paid also was full of ANTS and insects everywhere and we had bites all over us.The maintenance guy even told us that everything in that cabin needed updated and that they had so many rentals it was hard to get to them all! Don't let the pictures fool you. I'm sure this review will not be posted.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was beautiful and not too far from the local attractions. My kids were disappointed that the basketball goal was not there, but management said it had to be removed (due to damage). Someone before us broke a glass table outside on the upper deck and cleaned it up enough so that it wasn't readily noticeable - until you were stepping on small pieces of glass on both deck levels. Management was notified and was going to speak with housekeeping, although I don't blame them - I blame whoever halfway tried to cover it up and left a dangerous situation for for everyone else. Overall, I would stay with this company again and enjoyed our time in the Smokies.

We had such a wonderful experience! We’d love to stay here again! I shared our photos on social media and so many of our friends want to stay at this cabin!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we really enjoyed the cabin and think it is beautiful and perfect for a family vacation. A few things we did not like and why I give it 4 stars. - The pool and hot tub take a day to warm up since the heater is not turned on until right before the guests arrive.- This cabin is bare bones. It would be great if there were some basic amenties such as a highchair, books, pack and play, blankets, board games, cards, salt and pepper, kids plates, a few more trash bags, movies, laundry detergent, dish washer detergent, fire wood, etc. It feels like an investment property (maximize profit) and not an Airbnb. In fairness, it says in the listing these things are not provided. - The part I found most annoying about the entire experience was check in. Not only were we not allowed to check in early (even though there was no one staying the two previous nights) we weren't even given access to the cabin until 45 mins after the check in time which is already late in the day - 3 PM. There was no apology, no compensation, and no reason given. There was also no heads up as to when we would be given access. Additionaly check out is at 10 AM even if there is no one staying the next night. Seems unnecessary and not the service I would expect.

Great family fun!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was so fun. We had 5 adults and 6 children staying here. The kitchen area was big enough for everyone to hangout together. Older boys loved the pool room arcade and theater room all located in the basement. I would suggest this to everyone and I would definitely rent again.

Over Priced but Nice! No Compensation No matter the Inconvenience

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had to make the best of an unexpected Inconvenience, Couldn't check in until almost 3 hours after scheduled check in. Stains in tub and sinks/Broken Basketball goal/maintenance came out to help with arcade games not working/Red recliner next to doorway in Movie room broken! Furniture out of place/food left on the floor/bugs in the pool and in the pool area! When you spend that amount of money, you expect to have alot less issues. I didn't even name everything! The maintenance guy was nice and courteous in assisting with the issues. Just some things you don't want to deal with on vacation but it happens!
