There are stains on the ceiling, the shower didn’t work properly, the sofa bed pull out mattress had stains on it, I looked under the sink for something and there was a baby pacifier—not sure how long it has been there. Also, I am not sure if they provided new sheets or not for the pull out sofa-because they were just wadded up and thrown on the top shelf of the closet. The photos used in advertising are definitely stock. I am not a high maintenance hotel person, but it was apparent this place is not the cleanest and in need of maintenance and updating. "

One thing future guests should definitely be aware of: during check-in, I was repeatedly encouraged to attend a “90-minute presentation.” Even after politely declining multiple times, the staff member continued to push and negotiate before finally backing off when I became more firm. I understand this is part of the business model, but the persistence felt uncomfortable and took away from the overall experience. A simple “no thanks” should be enough.
