Cleaning Issues
The cabin location was great but the cabin wasnt very clean when we arrived we couldn't use 1 of the bathrooms at all due to issues with the toliet the entire time
We really liked the location of cabin. Hot tub was great! Bedroom with jacuzzi was awesome!! The ONLY thing we had a problem with was there were Christmas tree needles under the rug. We would have never seen this except the rug scooted. It made me wander about the actual cleanliness….Also there was a coating of dust on the dishes. Very worrisome to us
The cabin was a perfect fit our engagement celebration getaway. The location was perfect as it was really close to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the National park.
My husband and I enjoyed our little getaway. Property was exactly as described.
The customer service with fireside chalets was excellent. Check in was easy, property was very clean and all the amenities was stocked with out worry. We would recommend and would stay again.
This property was pure joy for me!! I loved the peace and quiet of the location, easy access to downtown Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. Small and cozy, would be great for a romantic weekend away. I would love to stay again.

I would definitely stay here again
Loved the location! The cabin was nice but a little dated as far as decor. A few spider webs and a little dusty. Loved the screened in porch and hot tub!! I would definitely stay here again.
Loved this cabin..It had everything you could ask for, outside Hot tub, inside Jacuzzi tub, 2 decks with rocking chairs, porch swing, 2 fireplaces. We Loved it!!
The property was great. The location was prefect, right between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. It was smaller then I thought but it was prefect for my family of four.
The only con was the Wi-Fi was a Verizon jet pak and it didn’t work on our phones unless sitting right next to it.
Took my fiancé for our first getaway together and was nervous about booking outside of the typical hotel type situation. So glad I did. The property was adorable, looked exactly like advertised, clean, and wasn’t too hard to find. 10/10 would recommend, and revisit.
Very dirty; hot tub broken; tv didn’t work. Finally replaced the tv the night before we left

Nice cabin
We enjoyed our stay. The two decks were great. The cabin could use a thorough cleaning inside and the decks too. The decor could be updated. Christmas in July? There was no frying pan,no salt or pepper shakers. The location of the TV could be better. From the sofa you have too look way up above the fireplace. Other than those minor things we enjoyed our stay. The location was good too
Peaceful location, tree top view, situated between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
The images are not current, there are mature trees out the back windows and the first floor is poorly lit.
Other then poor lighting on the first floor the cabin was amazing and would stay again in a heart beat. Easy access to Gatlinburg, the mountains, as well as being on the edge of Pigeon Forge.
The VRBO App and the Fireside Chalets team were amazing!
Enjoy your stay, we did!
** This would be a five star review if standard wattage/brightness was used on the first level ** :-)
Upstairs bathroom had mold as did the ceiling in the bedroom. Maintenance claimed it was dust sealed in when the ceiling was treated. Pictures on the wall above the bed had heavy dirt and dust.

Very convenient location
The cabin was in a wonderful location just no view. We could never get the WiFi to work even after following all instructions. Some of the lights were out making it very dark. The downstairs was cramped but plenty of room upstairs for watching TV. It did need a little more detail cleaning especially around the cooking area and new decor. We would enjoy staying again if some of these items were taken care of because of the convenience to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
The cabin was perfect! Very secluded yet still very close to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. The only reason I’m giving 4 star instead of 5 was because the night we got there the hot tub was not on/working and there were no instructions on how to get it going. I appreciate that maintenance was able to come the next day and get it working but I feel this should have been done prior to my stay. I only stayed 3 nights and after a long 7 hour drive all we wanted to do was chill in the hot tub. Overall though the cabin looks just like pictured! I would recommend to arrive at the property during their office hours to avoid any similar issues.

Dirty, moldy, stinky, mildewed. Looks like it has the same decorations from when it was new. Smells like it looks. Cobb webs on the porches/decks. Dust everywhere inside and out. There is mold/mildew in the bathrooms and in the bedroom. The vents were closed upstairs and it was hot as heck up there. One vent upstairs blows right into the nightstand instead of into the room. The floors are warped up. The bedding is stained. When we pulled the sheet back there was hair! Drains doesn’t have any stopper or screens. Just a crusty hole. The hot tub has some dirt sitting in the bottom. There is mildew all around it. We called them and told them about the problems and we were told they would send the cleaning crew out and ask what specifically we needed cleaned. I told Them specifically where the mold was. We left for the day and when we returned nothing had been done that we could tell. I don’t know how fireside chalets are even in business. We left a glade plug in bc they need it a lot worse than we do! Oh and no water pressure in the shower.
This cabin is adorable! I stayed with my child and dog, it was perfect for us. It had everything we needed. The hot tub wasn't working on arrival, but someone was sent out and promptly fixed the problem. Balconies on both levels were nice. The deep jetted soaking tub in the bedroom is a very nice touch! The upper level is a loft style layout with the bed, tub, balcony, fireplace, with the full bathroom. The entrance leads into the kitchen and living area with an additional fireplace, and a half bath. The hot tub is on this level on a screened in balcony with ceiling fan. They provided plenty of bath towels, hand towels and washcloths, as well as some soap, paper towels, tp and all linens/ pillows. There is a washer and dryer, but you'll need to bring your own detergent. The driveway is very steep! In poor weather a 4x4 vehicle would be needed. If you are staying with a dog, there isn't much around the cabin for potty area, but we just walked down the driveway a bit. Check in was easy, I just filled out paperwork online and the physical key was in a lock box by the door. The cabin is pretty close to other cabins (there were 4 total in our nook) but it was still very quiet, we did not hear anyone from the other cabins. The staff at Fireside were very friendly and accommodating, everyone I spoke with on the phone was amazing. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!
My wife and I spent 3 glorious days here. The cabin is located away from the touristy area, and allows quick access to the National Park. We started our mornings with coffee in the hot tub and soaked after hiking and sightseeing in the evenings. The deck off the bedroom was a lovely place to enjoy sunsets. I would not hesitate to return.
