"The one thing that I loved about this facility was that it was family-friendly My grandbabies loved it there was something for everyone to do and whether it be sitting on the balcony watching traffic or watching other people come in and go out sitting in the jacuzzi in the outside or indoor pool or enjoying the water slides or the pools in general it was very nice. "The hotel is outdated and our room Smelled like lingering smoke. Our room and bed was clean. I went April 10th 2026 Friday $154 for 1 night, for a daughter baton & dance competition. For what we needed, it was a good stay. The staff was very friendly, and courteous. We were not able to take advantage of the free breakfast. "

"Overall, the stay at Club Wyndham Smoky Mountains was decent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is convenient for visiting the area. The property itself felt a bit dated in places. Nothing was broken or unpleasant, but it doesn’t have a particularly modern or updated feel. One thing future guests should definitely be aware of: during check-in, I was repeatedly encouraged to attend a “90-minute presentation.” Even after politely declining multiple times, the staff member continued to push and negotiate before finally backing off when I became more firm. I understand this is part of the business model, but the persistence felt uncomfortable and took away from the overall experience. A simple “no thanks” should be enough. Aside from that, the stay was perfectly fine. Just be prepared to firmly decline the sales pitch if you’re not interested. Me personally, I won't be staying here again, but there is nothing "wrong" with this place other than the aggressive sales pitches and dated aesthetic. "
