Excellent communication and accommodations. The cabin is very clean and the kitchen has what you probably need to cook if you like. The road to the cabin is just fine and the parking area is flat and has plenty of room to move about. The fire area on the deck is the best! We had coffee while bundled up several mornings out there and roasted marshmallows in the evenings.
This was our second time staying at this cabin and it was just as perfect as the first! Everything was spotless, cozy, and so relaxing — exactly what we needed. We brought our French Bulldog with us and he absolutely loves lounging out on the deck. It’s become our go-to cabin whenever we visit Tennessee. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!
We had a great experience with asking questions before booking, reservation/payment process (spreadout), our stay and communications after our stay. The cabin is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. One of the best features is the fire pit out on the covered deck, my daughter and I had coffee most mornings there and the evenings finished with toasting marshmallows. The drive to the cabin isn't bad at all (yes there's a switchback and a few steep spots but nothing drastic). The location is private but near a few restaurants and a convenience store. The beds were comfortable. We've rented at least 10 cabins in the area over many years and this is one of the best.
Beautiful cabin close to the Smoky Mountains. Comfortable furnishings, well-stocked kitchen, beautiful views. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. Owners were great at getting back to us when contacted.
Nice quiet neighborhood. The large enclosed deck was great for our dog who loves to be outside. We used the firepit almost every night, when we watched the sunset.
The Storyteller cabin was wonderful. The cabin was stocked with everything we could have needed for a wonderful stay. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, movies/games and pool table for entertainment. Can't say enough about this wonderful trip. Will definitely stay again.
Absolutely loved it…we didn’t venture out a lot because it was so nice just to chill and relax..did enjoy cooking our breakfasts there…playing pool was great, something I haven’t done in years! All in all it was a very nice time and look forward to visiting again!
The cabin was amazing! The owners thought of everything we might need during our stay. The owners were fabulous to communicate with before and during the stay.
Great view with all of the amenities. We appreciate being pet friendly. It was nice to have the option to explore the local Wears Valley community without having to go into to the touristy areas but still be close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg in a short drive.
What a great cabin. Plenty of space for four adults and two kids. I could live on the back porch because of the view. Plenty of activities for the kids and adults inside the cabin, spacious hot tub and a unique gas fire pit. Great location up the mountain and positioned between Townsend and Pigeon Forge Easy access to the Park- Cades Cove Hope to stay here again.
We had a wonderful time at this cabin. It was our 4th year in the mountains and this cabin was by far the best. Mabel was such a gracious host in every way! We will def return to this cabin. Thank you both so much for being so kind and considerate!being so
This cabin was perfect for our family of 4 + 2 pups. The yard was a huge bonus for our kids and dogs. The property was exactly as described and we absolutely loved the views from the balcony. We would absolutely recommend this property and stay here in the future.
This property is exceptional! Beautiful cabin, very well maintained. It met all needs of our family and was peaceful and relaxing. Will definitely book this one again when we are able to return to the area.
The cabin was absolutely beautiful. Mabel even called the first morning we were there to check on us and make sure we made it and asked how we were liking the place. Was a perfect little getaway I can say though it’s pretty steep to get to the cabin but other than that no issue. Would definitely stay again
This cabin was hands down one of the best cabins I've stayed in. Wonderful views, plenty of games provided for all ages and it was practically a straight shot to get to Pigeon Forge. You will not be disappointed!
