Fantastic views, less than fantastic maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: View was stunning and cabin was very clean. There were some maintenance issues, however. The jets in the hot tub did not work and the lid was a massive pain to get back on the tub when we were done. The upstairs TV did not work. Overall a good experience though.

Not ideal

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Between the mouse poop, no heat, fireplace not working, and the bugs, this wasn’t the best trip. We won’t be staying at this cabin again. We have had good experience with Elk Springs and will likely book through them again but we will avoid this group of cabins.

Its all good cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first night we stayed, we could not get the upstairs and downstairs tvs to work.the cable kept saying "low signal". The upstairs mattress was TERRIBLE. You could feel the springs through the mattress. Halfway through the week, the internet wouldn't work. We found 3 roaches and there were MANY asian beetle all over the house. I understand the asian beetle as they are migrating, but ROACHES! That is disgusting! Overall we were very disappointed with the amount we paid for what we got.

Majestic Mountain Views and a Cabin that has it all!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at “It’s All Good” was a wonderful experience for the whole family! The Mountain Views are breathtaking! The location was central to Cades Cove or the Strip, so it’s awesome if you prefer nature trails or sightseeing and shopping. Everyone loved the hot tub! The three king suites were fantastic for my teenage kids; everyone had their own space. I also loved the common areas where we had plenty of room to prepare a meal together, play pool or a board game while looking at the captivating mountains! My personal favorite was the master suite complete with an in room jetted tub with another majestic Mountain View! We love it so much that we will definitely be back!

Enjoyable Family Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of 5 including 3 teenage sons. We were very happy with the cabin - great location, comfortable beds, beautiful view, and cozy atmosphere. We made breakfast everyday in the cabin, and we had plenty of plates, silverware, glasses. Our sons enjoyed playing pool, retro video games and the hot tub held four of us. Very happy with the cabin and everything in it. Loved having 4 bathrooms. If you do have someone in your party that does not like stairs, please be advised that no bedrooms are on the main level. Bedrooms are either upstairs or downstairs and they run along a corner. It was no problem for us, but I did not realize this when booking. Property was very clean and we had a wonderful family vacation! Highly recommend.
