Perfect place for a big family vacation

Beautiful home with so many things to do. We enjoyed family game nights, soaking in the hot tub and watching movies in the big, comfortable screening room.

Family Vacation

We have stayed at numerous locations in the mountains. This cabin is by far the best place we have stayed. The cabin is very clean and very spacious. It is out of town just far enough for a peaceful stay but close enough to town to quickly go to dinner or attend attractions. Would not hesitate to stay here again!!!

Excellent cabin

For Christmas we do memories instead of presents!!! This year we picked the mountains! This cabin was exactly what we needed!!!! I have a family of 15. (7 kids ages 2 to 11) and 6 adult kids and my husband and I. The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed! Communication with Brian and Vicky was spot on, they are very welcoming and made sure we were having a great time and there was no issues!!!The cabin is beautiful!!!!! Thank you so much for a great family vacation!!!

Perfect relaxing mtn view and comfortable cabin

The area was beautiful. From the cabins to the mountains, just beautiful. The leaves were starting to change and our trial hike nearby was awesome. Short trip to Dollywood was great for the kids, I don’t think they had a chance to ask if we were there yet lol. It was that shirt of a trip. Snagged up some yummy drinks at the distillery too!

My group loved the rental. The location to pidgeon forge was perfect. The house was in excellent condition. The hosts are excellent communicators and quickly answered all of my questions ! We would stay here again.

Literally the BEST!

We come to PF/Gatlinburg annually for our family Mardi Gras trip. This cabin was by far our favorite! The floor plan was amazing and so much better than most that we have stayed in. Cleanliness was top notch (and as a lifetime hotel executive, I’m particular!) Vicky had amazing communication throughout and answered any questions we had almost instantly. She even went as far as texting us to inform us about the fires across town! We are so excited to stay again!

Great Family Cabin

Great location ! Close enough to both pigeonforge and Gatlinburg. Road going to cabin a little narrow but other than that , would stay here again. Vicky was easy to communicate with and has a great cabin for families. Look forward to doing it again! Vernon

Oasis in the Woods

Looking for a break? If so, I highly recommend this property. The house was close to trailheads, but far enough to get away. Family friendly with a large dining room table, double fridge, and an arcade room. Highly recommend renting this property!

This cabin was fabulous. Super clean, great location, everything worked as should, and everything you need! Kids loved the games in the basement! Wifi worked great, for the little work I had to do! Conveniently located and easy to get too. Not too steep of roads:). Thank you!!!

Good space

Great space for 6 adults and two small children. We appreciated that sll the bedrooms had king size beds so we didn't have to argue over them! 😉 We also really liked having 4 bathrooms, each bedroom having their own. The deck outside is a really nice space although in the heat of the summer the afternoon sun might be too much to really enjoy it All in all a nice place and we had a terrific family vacation.

Two words... Awesome Cabin!

The cabin was clean and felt so cozy to come back to after each days adventures. The location couldn't have been more perfect and it really felt like home from the floor plan to the way the rooms were arranged with the cozy furniture. Plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the theater for our Friday night movie and pizza tradition and the counter space in the kitchen was so nice. There was also ample space for setting up our dogs crate in the dinning area where she felt safe. We would definitely return to this cabin again!

Beautiful Cabin - Wonderful Location

The Topping's were great hosts. Responded promptly and checked in to make sure we were having a great time. The cabin location can't be beat, it feels remote but Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are just a few minutes away. There's lots to do around town but we spent one night taking advantage of all the cabin amenities (hot tub, pool table, air hockey, arcade machine). The media room took some finagling to get to work, but we were able to stream some TV and movies. Overall, this is a great place to stay - highly recommend!

Family Trip to the Smokies

Took my mother, mother-in-law, son and friends (18), and met cousins there for a few days of enjoying the Smokies. Great location and the cabin has two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor! Big plus for my mom and mother-in-law. Great dining area for everyone and huge kitchen for cooking. This cabin is perfect for a family with teens with the media room and game room! When I did reach out with questions, I received feedback immediately! I appreciate the great service! We loved it! Highly recommend this cabin!

Awesome home away from home!

This place was amazing and accommodated one couple, a sis-in-law, 2 teenage boys, and a teenage couple (separate rooms!) with plenty of space to spare! The huge dining room table was perfect for meals and the teenagers loved the basement/game room area and hot tub. Last year we stayed in Gatlinburg which was fine but it felt like everything we did was a 20-30 minute drive. This place is between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and it felt like we were close to everything, regardless of what direction we were going. Oh, and I love hosts who check in and this one did; Vicki is great! We will be back!

Nice location

Really enjoyed the location and the views. House was a nice size.. especially enjoyed the theater. The house is not new and there were a few things that need fixed. I did reach out to the property manager the first day and did not hear from him again. The items I called about were not emergent so we just dealt with it. Kitchen needs a few more items like towels etc.. overall it was a good stay , could be an amazing home with a few minor repairs and updates.
