Private driveway for up to 2 vehicles (1 recommended), paved for easy access.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
-You are in the foothills of the Smokys, which is what you're here for!! The last couple hundred feet of road leading to the cabin is steep. While paved, when wet and/or snowy, this road could be slippery.
It is highly recommended that you have a 4 wheel drive with good tires, preferably an SUV or larger vehicle. Refunds will not be given to guests who come with a vehicle that isn't suited for this type of terrain
-Speaking of being close to nature, this means there are all types of animals and critters living in the surrounding woods. One of these are bears. These bears are not afraid of being around humans, and are foragers that are constantly looking for your leftovers to eat.
This means you should not leave items that smell in your vehicle, whether that is food, cosmetics, or anything else. Bears have been known to enter cars in search of their next meal. This also means trash either needs to be kept in the cabin, or in the bearproof trash cans at all times.
Ultimately, the best way to keep nature in nature is to keep your doors and windows closed!
-Shower dispensers are filled with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. If you have specific allergies or preferences please feel free to bring your own
-Please keep in mind this is a home, not a hotel, and if an issue arises we will do our best to resolve it ASAP, but nobody is living on site 24/7
-A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dish soap and a sponge will be provided. This may not be enough for the entirety of your stay. If you have any specific brands or additional items that you would like to have, please visit a pharmacy or supermarket in town.
-There is an exterior security camera installed for the safety of both the guest and the property. This camera is actively recording video and audio of the front patio/driveway area of the home. Any tampering with camera, including, but not limited to, covering and otherwise disabling, is grounds for early termination of reservation without refund.
