Cabin was great, kids loved the pool being close but I think the hot tub was their favorite. Loved the Lumberjack show and all the great places to eat! Looking forward to the next visit!
Here’s a review you could use for VRBO:"We initially planned for a group of 5, but our party ended up being 7. While an additional bedroom would have been helpful, the home itself was absolutely perfect! It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our stay. The common areas were spacious and made it easy for everyone to relax together. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again!"
This property was a great location for our family vacation to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Our family enjoyed the pool area. It was hot during our visit. Some minor upkeep and updating could be done in the cabin, we did have an issue the first day and we were contacted within a couple hours and everything was resolved. The location was close to everything but the scenery was beautiful and peaceful at th cabin.
The cabin was cozy. The kitchen has everything you need. We loved the cabin. The location is perfect to Walmart and Dollywood and all the entertainment. We would definitely stay there again.
Great place for a family the kitchen was great and living room as well great for cooking and family time! Loved our stay will be back!! We loved the grill had gas with it very helpful when planning our meals!

Needs some cleaning and maintenance. Great location and pool. Ceiling fan in master can’t use due to loud noise. Sink in downstairs clogged up. Air conditioning set on 72 during day was 78 inside house.

The place could use a deep cleaning. Carpets and rugs need thrown out. Appliances wiped down. A working ice dispenser would of been nice. Roof leaked, it was a heavy downpour tho. No golf balls for the putt putt . Cobwebs in windows. Dusty deer head . On the good side... comfortable beds. Kitchen cabinets filled with pots and pans. Beautiful view off of back deck. Plenty of paper products, paper towels and toilet paper. Showers and toilets were clean. Located close to Texas Roadhouse and Applebees.
I give a 5 star review because the value was exceptional. Loved the location and the ease of loading and unloading the vehicle right at the front door (have two small children). Only complaints was the Directv only worked in the master room, fire place worked intermittently, and the bathtub in the master wouldn’t hold water. Those simple fixes and I would stay again anytime. Thanks for a great vacation.

We made the reservation as our last recourse. When we got to the property and open the door, WOW, pretty. But then we started using the house and start noticing little things that were not in the best of shape. It needs some tender and loving care. But overall is fine. All we did at the property was sleep and take showers.
We enjoyed our stay! Was exactly what we expected from pictures. definitely enough space! Was close to everything needed. Pool was wonderful, the kids loved it. I reached out to host before stay with questions and they were very helpful! Check in process was super easy, was able to get in hours before checkin time posted which was great since we arrived early! The pond is small but very pretty, we never expected to catch anything in it, But we did, so there are definitely fish to catch!
kitchen is fully equipped, however if you plan on cooking a big breakfast and want to make it easier on your self, bring a big skillet, but there are smaller ones there!!!! :) definitely recommended. good area, and good little community. Was quiet, and not up any steep hills.

Very Noisy
The listing stated very quiet, no loud parties allowed. The cabin next door was playing loud music, screaming, and loud talking until past 3am on 1/2/24. We would have understood if this would have been on New Year’s Eve. No one from the property management came by to check on things or stop the noise.

Check in was easy after documents were provide to fireside chalet. The kitchen cooking items are extremely limited as far as pots and pans. We would not stay at this VRBO again was one of the dirtiest we have stayed in. The upstairs bathroom rug needs to be throw away and the carpet going to the basement needs to be shampooed. We had trouble withThe washer and dryer and they came to repair the dryer but it still took 2-3 hours to dry a load of clothes. The downstairs sink in the bathroom won’t drain. The place needs to be dusted everywhere. The master bedroom bed is horribly squeaky and the ceiling fan sounds rough at times. If you are a couple sharing this room you will wake your partner up if you are just turning over. The mattress was very comfortable.
We really enjoyed the cabin. It was the perfect size and location. Unfortunately the cabin was not as clean as it should have been. The range/oven was extremely dirty and the furniture was very dusty. The floor under the pull out sofa had trash and food under it. The tub in the downstairs bathroom was very dirty. Also, we were given one trash can liner for our entire 4 days. When I asked if there were more I was told we only get one. Also there was nothing to wash dishes with. We went to Walmart and purchased trash can liners and dishwashing liquid. Not s huge expense, but certainly an inconvenience. I’ve stayed in several vacation homes and this is a first for these types of issues. The cabin was nice. They just need to have someone really clean it since you pay a cleaning fee. The ladies at the office were very nice. Overall, not a bad experience.
The cabin was fairly nice and clean. There was no where to really put clothes away in the master bedroom, as three of the six drawers had blankets stuffed in them and the closet was full of blankets, pillows, and trash bags with bedding, I assume. Be careful with the dishwasher, as when you open the door to it, the door just flies open and downward and will take your hand off if you're not careful. The pillows on the master bed were so gross. Looked dingy and old. They were so lumpy and were hanging out of pillowcases that were too small. The sheets looked gross and dingy as well. The bed in the master is very uncomfortable as well. The pillows downstairs were not any better. The bath towels seem very old and do not look appealing or clean. The pots and pans in the kitchen were so old and disgusting. Had to go out and buy a skillet to cook in, as having a cabin to stay in makes it nice to be able to do some meals there. The fireplace in the main level was nice and provided a cozy feeling. One of the biggest turnoffs of this cabin and it doesn't have to do with the actual cabin, but rather the location, is that there is a landfill not too far and at certain times of the day and evening, the smell is absolutely disgusting and nauseating. This is probably the biggest reason that I would not stay here again. Hard to sit on the back deck while you smell rotting garbage. This cabin is close to many attractions, but being close to a landfill is a no for me next time.
It's a nice cabin located very near the main highway of Pigeon Forge/Sieverville. Really close to attractions yet you feel out in the country.
My wife, kids and I enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was nice; the mini golf was a fine little distraction for a while. The beds were comfortable enough and we enjoyed having tvs in each room.
We didn't spend a lot of time there as we stayed busy, but found it very relaxing while there. Much, much better than a hotel with shared walls/floors/ceilings.
Description was a bit misleading. Is a bit outdated once you enter the cabin. The 2nd bathroom downstairs did not have hot water (the handle wouldn't turn enough to put out hot water, cold showers only). The air hockey table is very small and was broken. It wasn't a bad property just not completely what we expected.
Cabin was dirty when we checked in, the manager sent the cleaning ladies back out and they did not seem to care. They were there for 2 seconds, had an attitude with my brother in law and left. The maintenance man came to fix the sofa bed and said "I am not doing this right now" and left us a blow up mattress, we paid for a bed for 8 people! We were promised refunds and never got them. Have called the office to speak with Anna the manager and have not received any return phone calls. Very frustrating to pay so much money for something and not get what you pay for.
Cabin was great, close to pigeon forge and all of the fun! It was clean and beds were comfy. Kitchen was awesome for cooking meals, husband loved the reclining couches!!! Pool was close and fun for the kids as well!
Only things I would improve: more than 1 trash bag and there was only 1 tv for all of the rooms downstairs and it didn’t have any cable or local channels, only worked with DVDs!
