The Cub House is located in a quiet neighborhood in Sevierville approximately 15-20 minutes from Pigeon Forge (depending on traffic).
A well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining table with seating for four.
Each of the 3 bedrooms are equipped with a Queen bed and Smart TV and the living room has a pullout sleeper sofa.
All one level so no steps to worry about (other than 1 small step down in the garage and hot tub).
Fast internet/ Spectrum.
Close to Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Near the Lake + Golf Club and the new Soaky Mtn Water Park !
