Beautiful cabin!

This cabin was about 30 minutes from Pigeon Forge. It was clean and had everything we we needed! The host responded quickly to all questions. Would stay here again!

Family get away

Had a great time with family. So much to see and do. There was an issue with the gas grill and the owners got it swapped out with a Brand new one within a couple days. Would definitely vook again..

Great Cabin

We came up for a travel ball tournament with our daughter, and it was a great location to the Sevierville Convention Center. The cabin was nice and up to date with plenty of space and beds for our family. Justin was great with very quick communication.

Cozy Cabin

We loved this cabin! It was perfect for the adults and teenagers! The decorations and furniture was cozy. Everyone enjoyed the deck in the mornings and the hot tub in the evenings! Plenty of sounds of nature but close enough to restaurants and stores. Check in and information regarding what we needed was helpful! Would recommend this cabin!

This cabin was GREAT! The weather could not have been any better either! Not that Art had anything to do with the weather but his cabin is setup to be comfortable inside and outside! He was quick to reply to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location!

We had a wonderful time! At first I was hesitant when I found out the location sna Resort. A kind getting there we realized there was plenty of privacy and it was absolutely wonderful! The cabin was wonderful! Very comfortable beds! The location was perfect and there we're so many things to do within driving distance! Justin was a wonderful host and replied promptly when I contacted him. I highly reccomended this cabin!!!

Cabin fever

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this little cabin in the Tennessee mountains. Hosts Justin and Kari were very communicative throughout our stay. We used all of the amenities including the hot tub. The lid to the hot tub was a little difficult to maneuver, but we were successful in lifting it eventually. A nice mountain retreat for us. We will be back!

Quite the little cabin!

The renting process was great! I was a little worried at first because it switched from the owner managing it to a new property manager, Justin. Therefore, we had to cancel the original reservation and reserve it again. Justin was wonderful in getting us the same rate and making the process smooth. The little cabin was beautiful and homey. The two bedrooms on the main floor had king beds that were very comfy. My husband is very particular and he said these were the best he’s slept in away from home. They also had enough room for a portable bassinet on the side of it for my 8 week old. The only downfall about this cabin is it says on gps that Gatlinburg is 35 minutes away and Pigeon Forge even closer, however with traffic it would take us an hour or so to get to Gatlinburg. So this cabin is perfect for a family trying to stay in most of the time. If you’re a family that wants to come and go it’s a little bit of a drive. Other than that, this cabin is great! It was also very clean and it had enough linens for everyone.

Spacious and clean

If half-stars were a possibility for the overall rating I would give closer to 4.5 stars. But the lack of communication regarding the situation with the washer being broken, and the fact that adjustments weren't made to the number of towels available for use was the deciding factor on giving a 4 star rating overall. Positives - very clean, very spacious, loved the extra space available in the loft, easy-to-use hot tub, owner response time to questions were quick Negatives - pre-trip communications (specifically the lack of notification of washing machine issues), lack of towels available, mattresses were extremely uncomfortable (the worst of any vrbo I have stayed at), pillow quality very poor (so thin two pillows could fit into one pillowcase) There were no instructions for how to leave the place when we checked out. I would recommend preparing check-out instructions on where to put used linens, etc. We pride ourselves on being good guests, so we hope we left things as expected. Overall we had a nice time, and again the cleanliness and condition of the cabin is to be commended.

Cozy cabin tucked away, but not too far away

My family and I had a great stay in the cabin. It's out far enough that there's no noise or traffic but still close enough to easily get to the heart of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Cabin had plenty of space for our five occupants. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Also enjoyed having a pool in the neighborhood. Justin was incredibly responsive to the questions I had prior to our stay and he sent several messages during our stay reminding us to let him know if there was anything we needed. Overall fantastic trip!

Cozy Retreat

My partner and I were looking for a small getaway for a few days and this cabin did not disappoint! The cabin was clean, well-accommodated and the owner was very attentive and kind. The location is beautiful, private, and close enough to easily drive into town. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing experience!

Great vacation

We had a great time at the cabin. Justin was very responsive any time we had any questions. It was a little inconvenient not having a washing machine (only a dryer) so I had tons of laundry when I returned home. Thankfully we was only there 3 nights so we made it work. Thank you Justin for the great vacation and the memories made with my girls.

We vacated property

Upon arriving, we noticed hot tub was not heated which was pretty upsetting as that was the main reason for our cabin stay in the mountains. There is no cell service at cabin and no clear instruction to connect to WiFi in the cabin or welcome message. There was mold in the master bathroom shower and there is no washer as listed in the cabin description. My fiancé is a maintenance man and after no luck trouble shooting the hot tub with instructions listed at cabin, we drove down the mountain and called AVADA PROPERTIES(not Justin). They wanted us to do additional trouble shooting and wouldn’t tell me instructions(they HAD to message it)so we waited down the mountain until message received due to cell service. The second trouble shooting instructions were unhelpful so 3 hours of phone calls, messages and driving to cell service, a maintenance man came out to take a look. The man informed that the troubleshooting instructions given by AVADA PROPERTIES was not for the correct model hottub, the jets did not work and unfortunately the hot tub is old and takes a very long time to heat up. It’s their policy to change the water between every stay and this hot tub takes over a day to heat up? There are older reviews listed about issues with hot tub and the panels were broken off hot tub to work on it. The maintenance man convinced us to go to dinner and it should be at least heated before we return. I spoke with someone different every time I called, they wouldn't refund me.

5 star cabin, mediocre thoughtfulness

I'll start off like this: the cabin... is BEAUTIFUL. Plenty of room for our family of 5. The pool table is great, the deck is amazing to sit and just enjoy the sounds of the mountains. Here's where the mediocre thoughtfulness comes in and I want to warn you ahead of time... First, if you have a family and you're coming for multiple days, bring toilet paper with you. They only give you one roll per bathroom, and the rolls aren't very big at all. We ran out and had to go buy some. Second, if you plan to use the fireplace, you have to bring your own firewood. Third, if you drive a good distance, and plan to recover from the car ride via the hot tub, check the hot tub when you get there, not when you're ready to get in. We had a 6-hour drive and ate supper, waited a bit and then went to get in the hot tub, and it was only 74 degrees. I bantered back and forth with the property manager for awhile about it before finally just googling how to fix it myself. So, check it when you get there so you can have it hot when you want to get in. Also, be prepared that only a few of the jets actually work as this is a very old unit. Finally, you may need to do some handyman work that you would think the cleaners would've reported to maintenance (like fixing toilet seats that are falling off), so be prepared for that. A little more foresight from management, and this would have been a 5-star review. I can overlook the hot tub, but running out of toilet paper is not fun.

Christmas Get-Away

My husband and I met friends at this beautiful cabin in the mountains for Christmas. We were greeted with a lovely decorated Christmas tree in the living room. The cabin was clean and well stocked. The views in our area were stunning as we were definitely on a mountain. The porch was completely covered with a splendid hot tub in the corner. It was so lovely to be able to sit outside in the hot tub without getting rained on as it did rain while we were there. The beds are King sized and plenty of room to sleep with each down stairs bedroom having its own private bathroom. Pool table was great upstairs; however, it would be nice to have pool balls that were new as the ones we played with, a couple of them had pieces missing so they didn’t roll well to the pockets. I think the only down side of our stay was that the kitchen was only stocked for 4 people. For us that worked fine but if we were to have had the number of people this cabin is capable of housing, there would not have been enough dishes for everyone to side down and eat together. The air return in the living room under the side table needed to be taken off and cleaned and it was very dirty and the lip under the toilet seats was not being cleaned very well. Others than those things, I would highly recommend this charming cabin in the mountains as a great get away from the hussle and bussle of life as it was a truly quiet and beautiful viewed stay in the mountains of Tennessee! Beautiful spot!

We had a great stay at Justin’s place! It’s beautiful, was the perfect size for our two families, and super clean. Well-equipped kitchen, so we were able to make our whole Thanksgiving dinner there. Only issue was lack of washing machine and the fact that it wasn’t disclosed in advance (so we had one towel per guest for 5 days and no way to wash them). We would have packed differently had we known. However, communication about this issue during the week with Justin was excellent, so I’m still giving 5 stars! We hope to stay there again!

We Really Enjoyed our stay in the Smokies! We Really loved the cabin once we found it lol. but that’s Really thanks to the lovely GPS lol.. Once we figured out the best route in and out it was a breeze We Loved the Decor in the Cabin it was Super Cute! The Boys enjoyed the pool table. And we loved the Hot Tub it felt wonderful on a couple of chilly nights we had. It was Nice and peaceful at night too for a Good nights rest. Justin was Great to communicate with he got got back with me very quickly with every Question that I had . Which is wonderful in my book that you actually get the Great management customer service. We had a Great time and will definitely be coming back soon 😊

TN close to Dollywood

Overall we were happy with our stay. The pool was further away then expected, but really clean and super nice. It would be helpful to include a map to show how far away the pool is from this property. We were most disappointed that the washing machine is broken. We really needed the ability to do laundry and would have chosen a different property had we known. A heads up would have certainly been appreciated. They only provide 1 towel per person, which would have been fine for 3 nights with a washing machine but was disgusting without one. The grill provided was not maintained so it had a grease fire in it when we started it from the grease left over from previous tenants. Again, not a huge deal but it added about 30 minutes to our prep time for dinner to let it burn down, then clean it before we could use it. There was also a bright, blinking outdoor light. We assume was a motion detection light, but it is right outside the primary bedroom so it interrupted sleep. We loved the cabin, it was super cozy and had all the dishes, pots, pans, and utensils we needed. The hot tub was nice. The water pressure in the showers was great. The pool table had a broken ball when we arrived, but with modifications it was still fun. Check in was a breeze and they didn't have extreme expectations or rules for the guests which was great.
