This house was great and nicely fit 4 families with a total of 7 adults and 8 kids. The downstairs has an open concept with kitchen, dining and large sectional. 4 bedrooms downstairs with kings and individual bedrooms. This allowed adults to have their own space and the kids got the upstairs with 4 bedrooms and baths, play area with living room and tv. Balconies galore with many seating options. Hot tub and pool were clean. Golf space was fun for the kids. Lots of parking in the front. The house is in a community with many other large homes just like it allowing for night time walks. The house is a short drive to Dollywood, gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Host was very accommodating to questions. Would recommend this home.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was spacious and has many amenities for all ages to enjoy. We were traveling with a large group ages 11 & up there was something for everyone to enjoy. Courtney was very responsive and tentative to us during our stay. We will definitely be back and would stay here again if available.
