Competition vacation

We stayed at the Creek Side Cabin during my daughter’s cheer competition and absolutely loved it! The cabin was everything it promised—peaceful, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed. It felt like a true home away from home. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing getaway!

Our 4 day weekend

This cabin was absolutely beautiful! It was very cozy, clean, and accommodating for my family. The only issue my husband had was that he could not fish in the creek listed online. Besides that, the house was filled with many amenities that kept my family very entertained throughout our stay. This cabin is perfect if you have kids and just want a relaxing trip to the mountains.

It was very easy, didn't have to run around trying to get checked in. The game room kept my son occupied. My husband and I loved the hot tub. Overall, it was exactly what I wanted when I reserved it. !!!

Relaxing Respite

We stayed at the property for 3 nights and really enjoyed the hot tub and having dinner on the screened porch overlooking the creek. The location of the property is ideal for visiting attractions and restaurants in both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, without a long drive. The property is secluded, without neighbors but is on a busy street, so you do have some traffic noise at times. The owner was responsive and helpful with any issues we had- which was primarily checking in. We definitely would stay again.

Beautiful Log Cabin

This is a beautiful cabin and we felt completely at home. We were welcomed with a Christmas Tree which we loved. The wood furniture is beautiful and the whole interior is simply gorgeous. I would not advertise it as sleeping 10 though. We were 4 adults and 1 child, and I would say maybe another one child would have pushed it to capacity. I would recommend it for a group of 6 or less.

Easy access

This was a very nice place to stay. It was easy access and it was away from town but not too far out no big hills to go to get there. We didn't see any wildlife. We could not open the lock to get into the pool table and stuff like that but it was no big deal to us. You do have to go outside the cabin to get to the game room. We were very pleased with it and will stay there again.

Overall great cabin and Wonderful host!

The cabin was so beautiful! The decor was so cute and fitting. The location was phenomenal. Perfect for our trip! My only complaint was it could have been cleaner and better supplied, to my standards anyway. Overall great trip but for my family needs don’t think I would book again. Would still highly recommend as the host is without a doubt amazing and very attentive to your needs. Wish they had other properties to offer because they make great hosts. 🙂

We had an excellent stay at the cabin. We will return! Creek is fun for the kids as well as the game room. We spent 1-2 days just in the cabin without going to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. When we did go to the city or trails, the drive was short and the options are many. This cabin is available to be deliver to on DoorDash, which was a great help after getting back from a long day. 5/5

We had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay, however the cabin wasn’t clean. The floors had not been swept or moped in a while. We had no wash cloths when we went to take showers. I will say the assistance and response from the owners was fantastic and they were great to work with. Location was great and all the amenities. Just needs better cleaning.

Was a nice getaway

Stayed in this nice cabin. Smaller than I thought but cozy. We had 4 adults and a bunch of kiddos. Beds were comfy and we did not need for anything. All was available as far as dishes, pans and all that. Getting in and out is tricky at times. Really close to the road. Neighbors are pretty close and share a driveway so have to watch for them. All was okay and owner is great, Very responsive.

Plus the awesome creek and Hot Tub! The winter views were amazing during this time of year. We will be talking about this trip to the Smokys for years to come. We feel like we found a hidden gem 💎 in the middle of all the action. Look no further and book this place, you’ll be the family Hero! 😂 Amazing Location, get to the heart of Pigeon Forge within 5 minutes. Amazing rustic cabin feel with all the modern necessities available. Outdoor porch and hangout with Outdoor TV was 🔥🔥🔥.The Creek!! Cabin is right next to the water! I’ve never seen anything like this, our kids loved it! The Host Patricia was amazing. She even had a bunch of activities and suggestions in her digital guidebook.

Nightmare!

Upon arrival (about 5pm)we noticed the house was right off of a main road and surrounded by loud neighbors and trash all along the so called creek which was barely a trickle of water. When entering house, noticed it was run down and in need of repairs.( busted screens on porch, a sink not in service, bath tub peeling, dripping toilet,old worn furniture) when I checked the bedrooms, the room with 2 beds had bed bugs crawling everywhere! Me and my 5 family members went to the porch and stayed there with all of our luggage and pet while I attempted to get the issue resolved, for 3 hours!!(Since the porch screens were full of holes, our pet got out and we lost it! We had to return home without our dog!) At 11pm I finally booked a hotel down the road.

Description and location inaccurate

Cabin was not as described, located in front of a run down complex that had traffic in and out all day and night, creek was a trickle of water loaded with glass and trash. Beds were like sleeping on wood crates, bedding was not cleaned between guests. super busy road as described, landscaping needed to be trimmed back so you could see to get out of driveway. Washer didn’t work unless you manually cycled it, dishwasher worked occasionally, never did find light switch to kitchen, hot tub was disgusting yellow / green water with stench. Master bathroom water knob worn out never could get hot water, three adults and 4 kids trying to get bathed & ready not ideal. Towels appeared super old only two wash cloths and one hand towel. No where to take trash off had to find compact trash site to get rid of trash it’s 13 miles from cabin. Not worth the money

Beware! Don’t believe positive reviews!!!

The cabin was the worst place we have ever rented in 43 years of marriage. It was listed as sleeping 10. It actually had one bedroom with a king bed, one bedroom with a full bed, one bedroom with twin beds. There were two blowup mattresses with holes in them. There was no extra sheets or blankets. So the reality is, it sleeps 6. We had three adult couples and two teen girls And one teen boy. We went to Walmart and bought comforters. There were no blankets on the beds, only a thin throw at end of bed and thin quilt. The temps were in the 30’s at night. Tried to contact owner, no response. Finally able to contact cleaning lady, she left a note for renters to text her so she could tell you to basically clean cabin before you leave. It was 15 feet off the road with traffic going all night. There was a driveway next to cabin with a junkyard behind it. We tried to find another rental, but the whole city was sold out. It was the most miserable experience ever.

Spacious & Beautiful Creek-Side Cabin for Family Reunion. Close to Dollywood, Strip, Great Smoky Mtn

This cabin truly was a beautiful and relaxing place to stay for my huge family of 10. The views and the creek was so beautiful. My family felt at home and it played such a big part in making our first trip to the Great Smoky Mtns one to remember. We loved ❤️how its so close to all the attractions and made it extremely easy for us to get on the main road without having to go through winding roads or steep hills to get in and out. Its literally around the corner from Dollywood about 6 minutes away with lots of activities to do and many restaurants within 5 mins of leaving the cabin. We loved how much outdoor space the cabin provides, from the enclosed outdoor porch where we could raise all the blinds and enjoy 180 views of the forest and the creek, to the outdoor deck and our own private dedicated staircase leading to the water. The creek was such a HUGE hit with my family and my kids who loved to play by the water in the mornings and then hit the GameRoom all afternoon and night. The GameRoom itself was enormous and we got to watch movies while others went from the pool table to the hockey table and then the foosball table. They even have some boardgames left around the cabin that we all enjoyed playing as well. It was a great bonus since we have a huge family and our host, Patricia, had two extra futons in the gameroom area that my brother and his family got to use since this was a family reunion. Patricia was also super quick to answer any questions and even checked in on us to make sure everything was expected and to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Everything in the cabin was also super clean and we really look forward to coming out here again soon.
