Our beautiful brand-new build provides the peaceful welcome of home, with the rustic charm of adventure. The new king master bedroom and 1 queen sleeper sofa in the loft area certain to keep you well rested for the entirety of your trip.

From the outdoor themed decor and the modern furnishings provided, this lovely property provides a cozy, familiar and inviting atmosphere for all.

Here at HiBearnation Haven Cabin, you'll find all the essentials you need, including smart Roku-TV's throughout the property, AC/ heating, a separate laundry room with full washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, high speed Wi-Fi, brand new 4-person hot tub, as well as two full luxurious vanity bathrooms.

Ideal family getaway!

Our family of 4 had a blast at this cabin. The air hockey table was a hit! The hot rub was amazing. Location was super convenient for the area as well. Just an overall great place to stay and will plan to stay here again in the future!

Christmas Break Getaway

We stayed here with our twin 7 year old boys. It was absolutely perfect and we didn’t want to leave! Our boys loved the air hockey and Pac-Man. We thought the location was also perfect being right between gatlinburg and pigeon forge. We definitely will be staying again! Thank you!

Great getaway

We loved our stay! The cabin was clean, nice, and still had the new wood smell to it which we loved. The location was great as it is situated in the middle of Gatlinburg and Pideon Forge area. Even had a close up bear sighting! Would recommend this place.

Great little get away

This was a nice cabin to stay in. Was quiet, nice scenery. Hot tub was amazing. Little game room upstairs. Wasn't far from any attractions. Thanks for letting us stay in your nice cabin.

Gorgeous!!

This property was Amazing! Just absolutely stunning! I communicated with Robert several times and he responded back in a very timely manner. I have stayed in many cabins in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but this cabin was by far hands down. Really no comparison to the other cabins I have stayed in. It was in a great location and it had everything you needed. I absolutely 100% would stay here again!!

Sprink break get-a-way

This property is amazing and has very nice views from the back deck. The check in process was easy. The space is great for a small family looking to get away for some quite family time. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Amazing experience

The cabin was immaculate. The surroundings are peaceful. The cabin was so clean we were almost certain no one had stayed there before us. We loved being able to play pacman and air hockey. Everything worked as it should. We look forward to staying here again for our next escape.

Family fun weekend

My family really enjoyed this beautiful cabin! We came to celebrate my two sons December birthdays (7&9) they had the best time in the loft upstairs and enjoyed the hot tub! Plenty of space for a family of four and very clean! This cabin is also easy to get to and a short drive into town. The host was quick with any questions I had as well. We will definitely be staying again and I’ve recommended this cabin to other family and friends.

Hello, we absolutely loved this place . We came down for Jeep invasion so this was a Great location for going into Gatlinburg or Pigion Forge. The cabin was beautiful. Loved drinking my coffee in the back deck watching the sun come up . Definitely will rent this place again next year for Jeep invasion ♥️

A great vacation cabin

We really enjoyed staying at this cabin. Everything about it was perfect. All we had to do was bring some food everything else we needed was there. The Cabin Crew are fantastic. So helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for everything!

Amazing!

This is a beautiful and very clean cabin. The hot tub was hot and private. We had everything we needed for a nice relaxing stay. My only complaint was the bed, it was not very comfortable, but that is a personal preference. Too soft for us. Highly recommend staying here and will be staying again!

Honored to be first guest at this brand new cabin. It could not have been more perfect. Great location!! Had everything we needed. Hostess and cabin crew were wonderful and quick to respond. Other cabins nearby but definitely not too close. Close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We will definitely stay again.

Great property and management

The cabin was clean and in great condition. It included a hot tub and even had an air hockey table and arcade machine that kept my boys entertained. I had a minor issue that I brought up to management and they resolved it promptly. They were extremely kind and understanding. I would definitely book with them again the next time I'm in the area.

Cute cabin

The cabin was super cute and in perfect condition. Loved our time there. The location was great and easily accessible to Dollywood & everywhere. Only thing that was an issue was the second bedroom not having a bed and it wasn’t a true pullout couch. It didn’t work for my two children to be able to sleep on. Had I realized it wasn’t a true pull out couch I could’ve come prepared with an air mattress and that would’ve been more helpful. Would totally stay here again and know what to bring next time.

Brand New Cabin!

My family and I stayed here recently, you definitely know that this is a brand-new cabin! The home smells new like fresh cut wood. The house was clean and had plenty of room for the three of us. We had a couple of issues during our stay that the host most graciously took care of including we were unable to find all the bedding for the upstairs pull out, they had sheets, blankets, and pillows delivered as soon as they could to include some complimentary popcorn. Great customer service. The downstairs bed was way too soft, and I felt like I was sleeping in a hole, a previous guest made the same comment about the bed. I would recommend putting in a firmer mattress. The upstairs bed is a pull out so that should be very clear for future guests, I only knew based on a previous post. The area appeared to be safe, we didn't have any trouble with neighbors and the cabin is close to everything easily accessed from the parkway. We had plenty of time to visit lots of attractions and a couple national parks as well. Robert/Lynn thanks for everything! I'll save your spot for next year (if the bed gets changed out.)
