    Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

    Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

    We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

    This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. There's always so much to do in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, etc. but even more than that, resting and relaxing, and the view from the porch as you sip your morning coffee is peace at its core. We new the weather would be very cold with snow likely so we stopped and got all of our supplies before the trek up the mountain. That turned out to be a great decision. After it snowed, we didn't drive back down until our late checkout. Fun was had by all!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic time at Hawks Vue for a guys weekend! It was really nice having 5 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The pool table, good grilling equipment, hot tub, and fantastic view were really nice. It was also great being at the end of the road so it was really quiet and we had plenty of parking for 5 vehicles. We were about 15 mintues to gatlinburg and about 15 minutes to sevierville. I would also recommend Iron Mountain Sporting clays if you are looking to have some fun with shotguns. We had a blast!

One of the TV's in a bedroom on the main floor didn't work. We called and maintenance came out but it was the only TV in the cabin that ran its internet provider through the internet. The internet was very weak, so the TV didn't work. We enjoyed the pool table & the arcade game. We saw some dear and enjoyed the beautiful view.

The lodge is breathtaking inside and out and everything about it suited our needs to perfection. We loved having so many bedrooms with king-sized beds.Briefly stated, this lodge was everything it was advertised to be, and we couldn't have asked for more. NOTE: During our stay, we left food cooking in the oven a bit too long, something boiled over, we smoked up the lodge, and the stove stopped working. We called maintenance, and they sent someone within an hour. He fixed the oven quickly and all was well.NOTE: This property is under the management of Elk Springs Resort, and they always do an outstanding job!

A true dream cabin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was gorgeous. Very clean and well appointed. Rooms were comfortable and well furnished. View is beyond words.We loved the pool table and arcade machine. The hot tub was used often. We had seven people and were all very comfortable. The cabin was well insulated as we were not disturbed by each others activities in different parts of the cabin. The kitchen had plenty of dishes. We have no negative review but would suggest having a kitchen scrubber (there was only the wash cloths), perhaps a larger cooking pot (as we were cooking for a large group). We loved the deck and the chairs. It would have been nice if there was a side table on the decks. By the way, there were some "wood bees/carpenter bees" that were burrowing into the wood above the main floor back door. They did not bother us be we saw the sawdust on the deck and saw them entering the holes. We absolutely loved the cabin and did not want to leave. If we have an opportunity to come to the area again, we would definitely seek out this cabin.

The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with all the dishes, pots and utensils we needed. The property manager was great with checking in and really reliable from the time we booked until our stay was over. the location was great only 30 minutes to Gatlinburg attractions and 15 to 20 minutes to the supermarkets. The HawksVue cabin is in the best on location, you're not near the other cabins which is a plus and the view is breath taking. I gave it a 3 star because there is no internet service. we could not enjoy the movie room and our laptops or phones. This is my personal thought because Wi Fi is important when your indoors and have to do work on your computer or want to stream. There was only Direct tv with basic channels. But I highly recommend this Cabin. i would stay here again if they invest in better WI FI Service.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Located within the cabin is a notebook with all the instructions. One suggestion is to email this out in advanced so it can be reviewed prior to the stay. Also, for any future guests, there were 0 seasonings, even salt and pepper upon arrival so I would suggest bringing all. Bar soap is available in the bathrooms for handwashing so bring your own liquid soap if you prefer. The rooms are all a great size. The decks are beautiful and well maintained. The TVs are smart TVs and just make sure to review the theater room instructions.

Reviewer Comments: Only complaint we had was that the air conditioning on the lower level of the house was not working, called it in on Monday, it was repaired on Thursday. Things break down, it happens, my problem with the situation was that no one kept us informed as to when and how long before it was going to be repaired, I had to call every day to find out how things were progressing. Other than that we had a great time and the cabin was amazing and hopefully we'll see you next year.

Everyone was amazed, loved the cabin, clean,and beautiful scenery.alot updated and had to learn lol how to use fridge temp and dishwasher but all in all great and any questions or help was a immediate response!the only reason I put 4for safety was the road not use to the windy roads

I did realize that it was farther out, but I did not realize it was so far up the mountain. It's a very winding trek, that actually made me nauseous, until my husband took the drive a little slower every time. But it was a very good vacation, and even seen 2 bears on our first morning in the grass clearing nearby, and one ventured up on our deck railing one night and left footprints.
