The property was everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend cabin. Close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Beautiful views with a private setting and jaw dropping living room/kitchen.
great place that is far enough away from the crowds but close enough to get to the many places in the area memorable house and the management team that handles rentals are great
We enjoyed our staff in Bird Perch View! Great cabin, great location as it sets between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, both about 20-30 mins away!
We will stay here again!
Beautiful.. would recommend leaving a few extra toilet paper rollls since our family of 5 stayed here for a week.. the couch stank and was dirty…unfortunately on Christmas Day, neighbors were shooting off guns for most of the day, it was not quiet. The cabin was beautifully decorated for Christmas.
My family and I had the best time in this beautiful cabin! It was very nice and felt like our home away from home! The location was perfect and the view was breathtaking!
On this trip to the Smokies, we wanted to be away from the bustle and were not disappointed. It was a great setting, somewhat remote but easily driving distance to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Not as advertised…
The home on the inside is gorgeous. The attention to detail can be seen throughout the interior. Only complaints about interior was that the property was very dark inside during the daytime and offered very limited supplies. Bring some extra essentials like paper towel, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap etc.
The exterior of the home however is NOT as advertised. When we arrived at the property we were super disappointed. The pictures on VRBO are from many years ago. The landscape is extremely overgrown and has not been taken care of in years. There are NO views as the property listing boosts! Everything is completely overgrown almost to the point of looking abandon. We also arrived after a storm and leaves and branches were down everywhere and the waterfall didn’t work. So as soon as we arrived we were cleaning up storm debris.
I did send the management company a note and pictures of the property letting them know the condition of the property. They responded by saying that they appreciated me letting them know about the exterior as they don’t visit their properties to check on them. They did end up coming out and getting the waterfall working and blew the leaves from the driveway. They went through two batteries just cleaning up that area and had no power left to clean up the front or back yards. Nice of them to come out and make an effort to clean up, however leaf blowing was not enough. This place needs a major clean up.
For the price I paid this is unacceptable. You are paying for a view that doesn’t exist. The listing does not represent the actual home and is misleading. We did request some kind of credit because we felt we way overpaid for this place and because the listing was so deceptive. It has been almost 10 days since we sent the note and have not heard a thing.

This house was filthy! Needs a major deep cleaning!!
A cute house in a great location. However, it was filthy! Needs a major deep cleaning. Not enough linens for the extra beds, shower door was broken, faucet in master bath was broken. Also needs pest control because the bugs inside the house were out of control.
OUR STAY WAS AMAZING, WE HUNG OUT MOSTLY AT THE CABIN ENJOYING THE OUTDOOR LOOK NOT ONLY OUTSIDE OF THE CABIN BUT ALSO INSIDE. BOTH THE WOODWORK AND STONE INSIDE WAS JUST BREATH-TAKING BEAUTIFUL. THE ONLY REGRET AND PROBLEM WE FACED WAS WHEN WE HAD TO PACK UP AND HEAD BACK HOME!! LOCATION OF CABIN WAS FAR ENOUGH AWAY TO HAVE THE SECLUDED FEEL TO IT, BUT ALSO NOT TOO FAR FROM ATTRACTIONS OR STORES IF YOU NEEDED AN OUTING. WE HAVE A FAMILY OF 4, MY HUSBAND AND I, THEN WE HAVE 2 BOYS AGES 13 & 11. EVERYONE OF US JUST ENJOYED OUR STAY. WE WOULD ALSO LIKE TO SAY TO WHOMEVER BUILT AND DESIGNED THIS CABIN, "WELL DONE, YOU DONE AN ABSOLUTE AMAZING JOB".
Perfectly secluded cant really see the mountain view due to the tree tops. but the location made up for that

Nice Cabin
This cabin is nice. Plenty of room and everything works as it should. However, the views are not as pictured. I knew the view would be less with the leaves still on the trees, but the view will not be as pictured even this winter. The trees haven’t had limbs pruned to show the view in awhile. Other than that, it was a great place to spend 2 days with my wife.
Everything about this cabin was perfect! The location was private and the cabin was spacious which gave all of us plenty of privacy. The views from this cabin were amazing! Everything about this cabin was top notch.
