Very good

This cabin was in good shape, and a good location, and had extra things to do like a putt putt golf course, an outdoor and indoor pool, a walking trail.
We enjoyed our stay, and would book again. Great family time.
This property was very clean. We had everythilng we needed. Was close to the pool and just a few minutes away from Pigeon Forge
Would definetly recommend
This cabin is a great home away from home. It was all around an amazing experience. My family and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for all the great accommodations. Definitely recommendable.
Great location! Close to town but far enough out for some privacy. Amenities in cabin had something for teenagers and adults. Putt putt and pool just down the road! Already planning next stay!
Just as described! Very spacious and very clean. Private, and great amenities...all the games in the loft worked, TVs worked, putt-putt on property was fantastic, as was the indoor pool! Would definitely recommend this neighborhoodof cabins.
Overall the house was great. It was located in a gated community, easy access in and out. This location wasn’t far from all of the attractions but far enough away to enjoy the scenery. Beds were not as comfy as advertised but I guess that goes along with the pricing. Overall great time.
The cabin is as pictured. Could use updated furniture. We really enjoyed spending Christmas in the mountains. I love they had a tree up. It made for perfect vacation. We had an issue with tvs, but maintenance fixed it promptly. Overall a great place. tvs the tvs

Pretty but not the best
It was pretty with great things but not a lot of grass for your dog to potty, wifi didn’t work someone came to fix it it worked for the night then stopped again, then I got a phone call the day before we were going to leave asking if it was resolved but I didn’t see the point . There were bats in/ on the ceiling at nights. I also messaged them saying there was dog poop on the main bedroom carpet and it was never addressed
Cabin was very cute and in a nice location. Our only issue were the tvs were all linked to someone’s account and it wanted a password. I emailed the host twice for help and no one could even reply. It appeared it wasn’t a concern since we were already checked in. I had emailed them prior to arriving about check in instructions and got an instant reply. It’s a courtesy to reply back and it would have been nice to watch tv after a long day. Only one bedroom didn’t have a passcode lock on it.
Check in was easy. Just entered the code given. Cabin was nice but not very clean. The neighbors down the road had a huge party that kept everyone awake at night and they took it upon themselves to park at our cabin along with our other neighbors leaving us nowhere to park and us having to ask them to move their vehicles on several occasions. Furniture was old and outdated, especially in the loft but the games were a wonderful treat to play during our down time. Heated pool was not heated. It was just indoors so couldn’t really enjoy that extra amenity.

Disappointing
The cabin was located in a nice community. We enjoyed the pool and miniature golf. We had poor cell reception being in the mountains which is to be expected. We lost Wi-Fi one night, but the staff got it running first thing in the morning. The cabin was spacious, and the check-in process was smooth. The furniture was dated. The red leather sofa in the loft was all cracked and in horrible condition. Our biggest problem was the smell of the cabin (especially in the front bedroom). It had a very strong urine/musty smell. Another guest in February also complained about the smell and the host commented they would work diligently to rectify the issue. Unfortunately, it still smells! If the furniture was updated and the smell could be taken care of it would be a nice place to stay.
Great communication with the property manager. Our family had a great time in the game room. We felt safe in the gated community. The snow was just the perfect addition. Overall, great stay!
The cabin was pretty and clean for yhe most part. We found some dog poo under the pool table. Other than that everything else was nice ole we didnt have a scenic veiw of the mountains like I thought but it was close to everything. Great location.. Pools were nice ..
Overall, outstanding. Excellent help from the host, very clean, just as described. We will do it again!! (Had some loud neighbors, but that is no fault of our host, we were very pleased).
Need to replace mattress in both bedrooms.. needs to be dusted better.
Hot tub wasn’t to clean. Bad smell in the house

Horrible check in with no cell phone service and not clean
We got there around 6 pm and our check in code did not work. We had to drive several miles back to town to call and get “new” numbers since they key pad works off Wi-Fi (which was down) . We did this several times even after I asked for someone to come let us in. We had small children and grandparents coming from Florida. No one was available to come let us in. Only after I threatened to find a hotel and get reimbursed they then gave me a “emergency “ code that was programmed into the key pad. This finally worked after several trips back and forth. Place was not clean. There were items left from previous renters within main bedding and upstairs bedding. There were several dead and alive orange lady bugs. We were also told the hot tub jets were fixed and they ARE NOT. I saw a previous review and specifically asked this question.
