Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Place all dirty linens (sheets & towels only) on the bathroom floor. Notify the office of any of the linens have been stained, ruined, soiled by spills, accidents, or bodily fluids.

We really enjoyed our time the place was so clean everything worked as it should had all the supplies that we needed I would highly recommend coming up and bring your family it’s a very nice place and thank you guys for letting us stay and we will be back.

We was truly blessed to find and rent this place. Beautiful veiws, comfortable beds, game room was awesome, we not only got to enjoy attractions but we got to enjoy family time, which was more important than anything. Had a hot tub and a fire pit which we didnt get to enjoy, but we had a blast. Absolutely love this place and highly recommended it to anyone. Bana place we hope to visit again soon.

Wonderful week near the Smokey Mts

The home was clean, decorated nicely for fall, stocked with everthing we needed for cooking, just had to bring the food. It was a pleasure staying in the home. It was located nicely in the county while access to town was fast and easy. This would be a nice place to revisit. Next time I would pick up some wood for the fire pit ! I would definatley recommend this to anyone looking for a great VRBO near the Smokey Mountains!

Best birthday ever

We had a blast at Bana. Our power and water did go out from bad storms Saturday but we still made the best of it ☺️ noone claimed so I would have to say the best trip I've been on in a long time. We will be back.

Our stay in this house was great overall. We did have a problem on our last night there with the kitchen sink leaking but it wasn’t a big deal. I was a little Leary as we got there do to the location and no phone signal but they did provide Wi-Fi. I would consider staying here again.

Great vacation - would stay again

The house is not large but it's comfortable for a family of 4. While it's true that there's no cell service the Wi-Fi works great. The hot tub and fire pit were nice, we all loved the game room. Beds were comy. The hot water in the master bath is wonky but once you figure it out, it works perfectly. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

More ideal for small family on tight budget than a romantic retreat

The privacy was very limited with full time tenants living right behind hot tub area with no walls or anything to ensure privacy while using. Hot tub non operational upon arrival had to wait for the maintenance person who lived right behind rental. Thankfully they fixed it but still wasn’t hot enough to use first night very old unit. Windows we’re all wrapped in plastic not shown in pictures on Vrbo and stove extremely outdated and wrapped in foil. No fresh air available (couldn’t open a window) and hot water really only worked in 1 bathroom. Hosts very polite with good contact after initially failing to send us our code before our available check in time which left us killing time after a 5hr drive. Would not rent this property again
