Smoky Seclusion is a great family cabin or for several couples and has a great location! Centrally located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. 9 miles to Dollywood. RELAX in this quiet, wooded retreat. Come home and soak in the HOT TUB after a day of hiking or sit around the FIRE TABLE and just take a deep breath of mountain air. It is SPACIOUS enough for families or groups. Beautiful high ceilings and open concept with well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, dining room with seating for 10, see through gas fireplace. Main floor has a 1/2 bathroom and living room with smart TV and has 1 of 3 King Bedrooms with full attached Bathrooms. The lower level has 2 more King Bed suites/full bathrooms, a Theater Room to binge Netflix or to watch your favorite movie on the 108" screen. In the upper level/loft you will find the 4th Bedroom with 2 Double beds and the Game Room with pool table and board games to enjoy. This cozy cabin is the perfect choice for your Smoky Mountain Vacation. Fireplaces may be turned off April 1st in this cabin and in most cabins in the Smoky Mtns.

You will get an email asking you to sign a Renters Agreement. This is legit and is required to be signed prior to arrival.

Buy Travel Insurance.

Winter: This is a mountain community. Winter bookings are strongly encouraged to have a 4WD/AWD, or tire chains and travel insurance. If bad weather affects your travel plans you will be referred to your travel insurance for refunds.

$100/night per person over stated max (12) occupancy

There is an exterior audio/video camera located at the front entrance facing the driveway. There are NO cameras inside the cabin. Please don't touch or tamper with the camera or you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

The cabin is in the woods, so you may see and hear critters. If you see a bear during your stay - do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous.

Please supervise children under the age of 18. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

No late check-out or early check-in. If this should happen we reserve the right to charge $50 per hour.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. No refunds for early departure. You are responsible for the entire booking once your reservation is made. We recommend Travel Insurance. Any cancellation request within the non cancellation period will be referred to your travel insurance.

Condiments, zip locks, charcoal are NOT provided.

A complimentary starter pack pack of dish soap, dish tabs, bar soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent, trash bags, and paper products provided (toilet paper, paper towels) is provided. Nearby stores offer everything you need for an extended escape. Linens, towels, and pool towels are provided.

Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged $500 and you will likely be asked to leave.

Absolutely no fires except for the propane fireplace, fire table and camp grill! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages

Please do not unplug TVs, internet routers, or cable boxes.
