Great Adventure

We had a wonderful experience with family enjoying all the beauty of the mountains. We felt like we were away in the mountains but also close to a lot of attractions and fun things to do. We even took a long hike on Grotto Trail which was amazing. The kids loved the pool table and different games to play. Would definitely stay again.

The entire cabin was very clean. Communication was so easy. Julie responded almost immediately. She was gracious enough to allow us to check out late. Something to know about this cabin is that both bathrooms are in bedrooms. It wasn’t a problem for us though. The only complaint I have is the pillows were not good. A 3 Walmart pillow will fix that. But I’ll take a bad pillow anyday as long as I have a good mattress, which these were great! We enjoyed playing putt putt at the free little course. All the activities at the cabin were great as well. Pool table, air hockey, lots of Pac-Man and time in the hot tub made the stay memorable. We came in after dark and lost gps a couple times. You definitely want to screenshot her directions and use her recomended entrance. We would stay here again and use Julie as a host.

Christmas Vacay in the Mts.

The cabin presented a very cozy ambiance which promptrd me to want to stay snuggled by the fire the entire time. The photos that led to us choosing this particular cabin were a little misleading

Great stay in the mountains!!

We enjoyed our time in Bear Creek Crossing. It is close to lots of activities for kids and adults. Beware…lock your doors on the car because we saw four bears at neighborhood cabins.

Great Cabin

We absolutely loved our cabin and loved getting to see the neighborhood bear !! On a side note the rockers on the back porch are a little wobbly… cleanest nicest hot tub of ANY cabin I’ve ever rented !

Best family vacation we've had so far!

This cabin was AWESOME!! The laout was perfect for our family. From the gameroom that our 4 boys loved to the back deck area and hottub or family had an amazing time! The location was great too! We hope to be back someday for sure!

Perfect Family Getaway

Overall this property had a lot to offer the whole family. It unfortunately rained most of our stay but we were able to stay entertained with all of the on-site activities. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice Place to Stay!

We had a very nice stay at Joy cabin! The beds were very comfortable and the showers were great. The space was nice as well with a beautiful deck, chairs and hot tub. The cabin was also extremely clean which we appreciated. The property manager was very communicative as well. The location was perfect for us. The gaming equipment upstairs was dated and not in great repair but we were able to use it for the most part. It should be checked as there were briken pieces when we arrived. Again, not a deal breaker. Thanks Cabin Joy!

Great property and location!

Cabin was clean with lots of fun things to do for our kiddos and for us adults. The location is great, situated close to a number of popular attractions and restaurants. Communication with property manager was great, she got back with me quickly when I reached out with varying questions. I definitely recommend Cabin Joy!

A Much Needed Retreat

The property was just as advertised. Clean and inviting. The cabin was so fresh and the bedrooms large and comfortable. Perfect for a family of six with teens. The location was quiet and very convenient.

Nice clean cabin. We enjoyed our stay. Cabins were a little closer together than we expected. Only complaint is the community pool was completely taken over one day by a large group. Otherwise enjoyed the stay.

Great Cabin

It was near everything in Pigeon Forge. Property was clean and very comfortable. Our teenager enjoyed the pool table. It could use more toilet paper and we only had one garbage bag. Besides that the place was great.

June Trip

This was a beautiful cabin. It was a little difficult with kids because the bathrooms are inside bedrooms. So for the kids to use the bathrooms at night, it woke up the bedroom ppl due to them coming in and out. The host was very friendly and responded to emails quickly. The cabin was very clean and everything worked except the grill had not been cleaned out (bottom of the grill) and was caked in grease making it catch on fire when turned on and unusable.

Sevierville stay

Cabin is located in Bear Creek Crossing our favorite area of Sevierville. Cabin was very clean and all the amenities as listed. Bath rooms are on the small side, but worked fine for my 90 year old Mom and myself. The front step is only one stair high another plus. The tvs have cable and premiums unlike most now that have you bring your own internet sign-in services. Kitchen is well equipped only need was a frying pan. Be aware though the beds are very high for elderly needs. The 2nd floor was well equipped to satisfy gaming needs. We didn’t use, but I’m sure many would enjoy. The view is nice, mostly wooded with a slight mountain view. All instructions were easy to follow and not as strict as many places we’ve stayed about leaving. We would absolutely stay here at Cabin Joy again.

The cabin was very cozy and nice! The pool table, air hockey table, putt putt access, and games were fun! The hot tub was a little too cool at 95 degrees at first, so would have been nicer to have it around 100 degrees. But it warmed quickly.
