Amazing bear sighting from our front porch to fun swimming time and amazing meals on the screened porch made this house the best vacation spot ever! We can’t wait till next year!!
Our family met up with our long time family friends for a muxh needed long weekend. We had a great time. The pool and air hockey table was kid approved! We were able to enjoy the views with our morning coffee. The outdoor porch was amazing. If we plan a trip back to the area, we will definitely stay again.
This property was absolutely great…plenty of space for the 10 of us(4 adults/5kids) with even more room/sleeping areas if you had a bigger group. It’s situated on the top of the mountain which is always a favorite location for us in TN(beautiful views). The pool/hot tub were an added bonus. I think the only downfall we ran into were the kitchen amenities were slim. We definitely would have preferred a kuerig and an airfryer for quick items to use(electric oven took forever to heat up).. We made a lot of home cooked meals, at time we struggled to make ends meet with what was in the kitchen to cook with. We did have a concern about the cleaning that was done prior to our arrival that we reported via the text communication(nothing horrible but more attention to detail). All in all I would book here again ….the area was beautiful!!
We were very impressed with the cabin and our overall experience with the stay. The cabin was even better than described in the listing! Our expectations were beyond met! The cabin was clean and well stocked. We look forward to staying here again.
This was our first family trip to Pigeon Forge. The cabin was amazing! Very clean and plenty of space. We enjoyed the hot tub, Mountain Views, and close proximity to pigeon forge. I would highly recommend staying at this property.
Good location with good views. Several houses under construction on the same street, plenty of wildlife. House slept 12 very comfortably with extra room to spare. I would vacation here again.
We had an amazing time in this cabin! Everything was clean and just like the pictures. Beds were comfy. Any time I had a question, I always got a quick response. The views were stunning. We al enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Close to all the attractions. We even saw a bear! No complaints!
Beautiful property, lots of space, indoor pool is not completely indoors (2 sides are a screened in) but still a great space, we had a couple of issues when we arrived. First our door code didn't work but a quick phone call and we were able to get in. Second, the pool heater was not working when we arrived but they came out the following day to fix it. All in all it was a great place and we would come back in the future.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay, everything about this cabin was AMAZING! We loved the layout of the home, each room was spacious, the bathrooms, the cleanliness, and all of the other amenities were just perfect! There was 9 of us there to celebrate not only Christmas, but a 41st wedding anniversary, and a birthday as well, so we it was very spacious for us to have a great time and we never felt “crowded”. The home was decorated beautifully for Christmas, and the scenery was absolutely beautiful! Being that we are from Florida we really got to wake up and experience a “white Christmas” and that just made our trip even better! I would definitely be recommending this to other family and friends, and would return back as soon as I can.
My large, extended family had plenty room and never felt crowded. We even had room to all sit at the table together. The property was very clean and had many extras that made the stay very pleasant. The location is very convenient to town but far enough out to enjoy the beautiful mountain views and not be loud. We had a small electrical problem but the owner responded promptly and a very friendly and helpful maintenance man fixed it while offering tips and advice for our trip. Heavy plastic was added to the pool area that made it much more enjoyable during the very cold days we were there. Due to forecasted snow, management brought a bucket of salt and gloves for us to use the next morning if needed and salted our porches and area in front of the property. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to my friends.
Seemed to have skipped cleaning the bed sheets and comforters. Looked as if the sheets were flipped so the other side would seem cleaner. We had two people in our group that own a cleaning business and they were appalled that a cabin this expensive would have bedding that dirty. There was pubic hairs on the on the sheets and the springs on one side of the mattress were broken so it felt like there was a hole in the bed. You could actually feel the springs in the bed because they were so thin. Other visitors on the same street used our trash cans outside because theirs were so full so we didnt have a place to put trash. When i told management about the beds they said they would come out and bring new ones. This was after i already said we stayed up all night cleaning sheets and finding a place to buy air mattresses. they would
Let's start with the positives. The space and layout of the house were as described. You can really separate if need be with two full living areas, and almost two full kitchens. The kids enjoyed being able to be upstairs when they wanted some space. The views are of course stunning as well. Check in was quick and easy. Now for the disappointing things. We were quite surprised to find some of the basics, as outlined in the binder with house information, were missing. Simple things like salt and pepper, or a liquid measuring cup for example. You're only provided a couple of garbage bags in the big kitchen garbage. I've not stayed in a VRBO this size and only been provided tiny hotel hand soaps for the sinks. The pots and pans seemed like garage sale finds. Same for the toaster. The downstairs kitchen had nothing in any of the cabinets or drawers. But we did find there was a full garbage from the previous people. When we uncovered the pool, it smelled almost skunk like. That made the whole downstairs area smell like that, even with the door closed. The worst part of the entire experience was the mattresses. By far the thinnest mattress I've ever slept on, and all you feel is the springs. The kids actually slept on the couches instead of the 5" thick mattresses. For what we paid, I had much higher expectations. I would not recommend staying here unless the company that owns the property greatly improves the kitchens and beds.
This is a beautiful property and worked perfectly for our extended family vacation. There was plenty of room for the 11 of us on the trip and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Thought there was room to have included more people. The screened in porch was a highlight! We could see both sides of the mountain and when we were at the house, we were out there. It was in the 90s but never felt too hot to be outside. I will certainly pass this location on to others looking to stay in the area!!
