#2 Lotte
Very cozy and beautiful tiny home cottage. Long Springs Tiny Homes has a great location in Sevierville out of the crazy tourist area but close enough to enjoy. It is 15 minutes to DollyWood and Pigeon Forge and about 30 minutes to Gatlinburg. Back roads will get you wherever you want to go without getting stuck on the strip.

The space
This beautiful tiny home cottage has a very inviting feel. This Cottage has a king size bed and two twin bunk beds in the back room, a bath/shower combo and a kitchenette with a fridge, coffee maker and a microwave. From the beamed ceilings to the hardwood floors we know you will love your stay.
Guest access
We really encourage outdoor living in the Smokies so we also have a charcoal grill outside of the home and a picnic table where you can gather outside and enjoy your meal. In the common area you will find relaxing hammocks, picnic tables, corn hole, horse shoes, fire pits and a playground. There is a local Neighborhood Walmart or Food City very close place to pick up fire wood or charcoal. To be able to fully enjoy the outdoor space during the summer months, we recommend bringing some bug spray.
Interaction with guests
We are not onsite, however you can message or call us if anything comes up during your stay and we can get you taken care of. After booking you will be given self check-in instructions and lock box code to be able to enter your home. A guest book with additional information will be located in the home.
Other things to note
We do have Pack 'n Plays available. Let us know if you need one and we can have it in the cottage.
NO SMOKING of any kind in the homes. If smoking outside make sure all doors are closed so no smoke gets in. If smoke smell is found in the home guests will be charged a $500 fee. It is incredible hard to get the smell out for the next guest so we hope guests will respect us enough to honor this policy.

Nice little tiny cabin its not to far out but far enough to be out of the crowded areas if your looking for a place to lay your head and take a shower this is it. This is what we were looking for because we eat out every meal while we are here so no kitchen needed. Nice cabin would recommend

We had a wonderful time! The tiny house has all the amenities of a hotel room with the nature feel, tucked in the woods. It’s a beautiful drive to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the national park. Perfect for a snug family vacation for a family of four.

Fairy House!!

We named this property the Fairy House. It was so much fin staying here instead of a. traditional hotel room Unfortunately it rained and we did not get to enjoy all of the outdoor amenities but that just means we will be back!!

This little community is exactly what we needed at the end of the day. It is close, but away from the hustle and bustle. The house is very homey, and cozy. We have recommended ya'll to family and friends already!! We would def stay again!

Bed Bugs

After sleeping at the property the first night, I thought I had multiple mosquito bites. There were a lot out while we were in town! However, these did not go away like normal mosquito bites do. I went to my Dr today after feeling poorly since we left and he said they were bed bug bites. Please treat the cabin so that this doesn’t happen to someone else! I am praying we didn’t bring any into our home. Other than that the cabin was simply adorable. Coffee could be improved but that was insignificant!

Best First Family Trip

We booked our trip to celebrate the adoption of our once foster son. He is an active 2 1/2 year old and we could not have picked a better place. The house was perfect and the grounds were amazing! Close enough to the busy areas and hiking trails. We loved our first Official family vacation that we have decided to make this place a regular vacation trip.

This tiny house was absolutely perfect for my small family. Loved that my husband and I got a king bed and our girls each got their own beds! The location was also great, about 25 minutes to Gatlinburg, 15 to Pigeon Forge and loved that we could take Veterans a lot of the time and avoid Parkway traffic! We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful and peaceful

We enjoyed our stay so much. It was like a little home away from home. I like that it wasn't right in town but was still not a long drive to town, if that makes sense. We had everything we needed and check in and check out was a breeze. My husband and I spent most evenings just sitting and talking outside in the provided Adirondack chairs. It was so peaceful and nice. And the decor was beautiful. We would definitely stay again if we come back to this area.

Magical and just near perfect!

Upon arrival we were enchanted with the tiny home in the woods, like something from a fairy tale! Despite a small hiccup with half eaten food left at sink and in frig, the rest of the cabin appeared clean and tidy. Chalked it up to housekeeping getting distracted at the last second and moved on to thoroughly enjoy our stay. It was a bargain compared to other larger vrbo homes and we enjoyed the comfy beds after long days in the forest and Dollywood! Thank you!
