Church youth group winter retreat

Family vacation

This house was perfect for our family vacation the kids had fun in the arcade room and theater room beautiful view. We had a few of our families stay here together so we could enjoy our time together and this house made it possible. Also close to lots of shops and to the events we had booked.

Family Reunion

We stayed here for our family reunion. This property is beautiful with spectacular views of the area and has all the amenities. Each of the bedrooms had its own private bathroom -a definite plus! The huge double-kitchen with open concept allowed us to make meals for the entire group and eat together. We all agreed that we would choose to stay here again for another family reunion.

Property was exactly as described and perfect for a class trip. Plenty of room to give everyone their space and still have fun together. Large kitchens/ dining area made group meals easy. Views were wonderful and the kids enjoyed the theatre.

Corporate Retreat!

Great trip for corporate team building! Had some issues with washer and AC but host was extremely quick to reply and rectify. Tons of space which allowed for group interaction as well as “personal time”. Recommend!!

Couples mountain retreat

There were 10 couples who stayed at the house. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which was an absolute must. Some of the showers were a little small. The owners were readily available for any questions or concerns. We stayed during wintertime so we had some snow on our last day. I would recommend that some weather strips be placed on the front steps to avoid slipping.

Perfect cabin for our family gathering!

This house was perfect. We had a family gathering with people from all over the county ages 6mo to 92 years, and everyone loved it. It was very secluded and private, we saw more bears than other people. Having the two kitchens was extremely convenient. The view was spectacular. We would definitely book this cabin again.

Family reunion

This property was a great place to have our family reunion. The game rooms and theater were a huge hit with the kids as well as the adults. The big kitchens could have been better stocked with utensils, oven mits, dish rags and hand towels. We went to Family dollar and bought 4 each and donated them to the cabin.

Wonderful

My family really enjoyed the cabin. My elderly Grandmother was able to get in easily. The cabin was beautiful and pretty much had all the utensils and cookware that was needed. The whole family was able to sit in the kitchen comfortably and enjoy our meals. We had one little incident when we first arrived where we realized the heat wasn’t working downstairs but after messaging with the owner she sent someone out pretty quickly to reset the thermostat and the heat worked perfectly after that. Everyone was very pleased with the cabin and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Large Family Holiday Gathering

Great stay, the house is very spacious. We had 22 adults and 2 kids everyone had a bed and the 10 bathrooms were perfect! If you need to use the pullout options for a bed you’ll need to bring sheets. Extra pillows and blankets but no extra sheets. It was so nice the house was still decorated for the holidays, since we celebrated X-Mas. Great space for the money!!

Mountain wedding

This property was great and it housed our large party comfortably. It was a perfect location and has a beautiful view. It was very spacious and the double kitchen was key! The property provides many items but be prepared to bring a lot of your own stuff as it is not stocked with some basic items you may usually find such as hand soap, kitchen towels, spices, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and lids to crockpots. All not a big deal but bring it all with you. We had a wonderful time!

Perfect for Large Families

The house was nice and clean. Looks just like the pictures. We did have a small leak from an upstairs shower to a lower bedroom. I messaged the owner and a repair man was there within the hour. The two Queen bedrooms have a very small shower so don’t put anyone slightly overweight in those rooms. Overall, I enjoyed the house and would stay there again.

Fantastic !

Wonderful…Fantastic…Everything we had hoped for and more! Our group of 21, ranging in age from 6 to 81, traveled from opposite ends of the country to gather together and celebrate family. 10 Point Buck exceeded our expectations for clean, comfortable, and spacious accommodations. The well furnished double kitchens and dining area served as the center of activity throughout the day. The nicely furnished bedrooms offered privacy and quiet time as needed. The lower level provided abundant activity for the kids, while the “seniors” gently rocked away on the front porch. Any questions or concerns that we had were immediately addressed and resolved by Tari… her concern for our comfort and satisfaction was paramount. 10 Point Buck turned out to be the perfect place to reconnect, reminisce, and forge new and lasting memories. Would love to do it again. Thank you from Vermont, Wisconsin, Arizona, and Delaware.

Wedding in the mountains

There was 18 of us total with 16 adults and two kids 4&6. I officiated a wedding for very close friends and it couldn’t have been more beautiful! The lodge was perfect for our group. Everyone had their own room with private bath, the dual kitchens was such a blessing to have. We loved it so much we talked about making it an annual trip! Tari was excellent with details and communication. Anything we let her know about (even though wasn’t an issue to us) she took care of it immediately! It is evident that there is a lot of care that goes into the lodge. You can see little abuse from previous guests and that’s a shame but it’s very clear that this place is a gem! We loved it and plan to return! The theater room was also a huge hit along with the pool table and hot tub! Thanks Tari for hosting us!

Nice location

It’s a large cabin, suitable from any large family. Compliants: Dirty comforters in 2 of the rooms, she immediately sent new comforters. The cleaning crew could do a little better with cleaning, I did let her know. The cabin upstairs on both sides was infested with lady bugs, but she sent someone out to sweep them up but we declined, because the bugs kept coming back. The kitchen sink had a leak that was leaking downstairs but she sent a repair guy out immediately. She did allow us to check in early for a fee, that was really nice. The garage collectors were even nice. We had so much trash due our large crowd that he advised us to leave it boxed up in the house on the last day. There is not enough trash cans on the last day, so be mindful of cooking on the last night. But overall it’s a very nice cabin. Thanks Tari for being prompt.

Exactly as described

For our group of 17 adults and 2 children, this cabin fit the bill perfectly. Elderly folks stayed on main floor. Younger crowd stayed on bottom floor (theater, games, pool table , hot tubs, etc). Middle aged (me) on top floor. We had one minor problem with lighting, but property management corrected it immediately. Fantastic response. The floor plan is perfect and kitchen/dining area is laid out well. The cabin is located far enough from the strip for some solitude yet within a very short drive to everything. We stayed the week of Thanksgiving. I usually wait a week or so before reviewing a property so I can truly assess the experience. 10 Point Buck Lodge is the one. Perfect experience for our group. Looking forward to future rentals from this group.

Trip Planner

I was in charge of planning a six day trip to Pigeon Forge (a seven hour drive away from where we live) for 30 ladies ranging in age from 18-90 years old. I was looking for a place with accommodations that were esthetically pleasing and practical for the different needs of all of the ladies. This lodge provided everything we needed including a beautiful view, a great location, and several areas to relax inside the lodge. Our group was planning on daily morning meetings, and a great perk of this lodge is that the kitchen area comfortably holds 30+ people. From the moment I first contacted Tari, she was very quick to respond with answers to my questions. While we were staying at the lodge, an unforeseen problem arose, and Tari remedied the problem immediately. Within 20 minutes Tari had taken care of everything we needed to ensure that our accommodation needs were well taken care of. Tari went above and beyond in showing us that our group’s booking was important to her. I could have not asked for more.

A great stay for our family

My family comes to Tennessee every other year and we stay in a different cabin every time. We have pretty hugh standards and you can say we can be a picky bunch. We chose this house because of the appearance, location and ability to accomodate our family of 26. Upon arriving, we were pleasantly surprised at the overall setup and that the overall look and feel. We enjoyed the latge kitchen and eating space and the bedrooms were more than enough for all of us. The kids loved the theater and the arcade games and the husbands loved the hot tub. The front deck was a common evening spot for catching up and relaxing. The location of the house was great and we were able to get to all the attractions we wanted to. The community pool was also a hit but i wouldnt say its walking distance. It's a short drive but was easy enough. We had an issue with the one hot tub where it was leaking so we could not use it but it ended up not being a problem. Issues or questions were promptly reaponded to by the owner and check in was super easy. Overall we were very pleased with our stay even as the week seemed to.go by so fast. I would strongly recommend anyone to stay here!

Family vacation

This property is very spacious! Plenty of room for 13 adults and 12 kids. Loved having enough room in the kitchen for everyone. And each bedroom having a bathroom worked perfectly for our group. The property owner was quick to respond to my messages during the stay, however the maintenance crew that works for them were not. Wasn't a big deal for our group, as it only concerned getting the hot tub covers back after they blew off the deck during a storm. But the owner may want to make sure the maintenance crew are doing what they say, as there are some things in the cabin that could use some upkeep, such as doors that are rubbing on the ground making them difficult to open, clocks needing new batteries, and beds missing some linens (one of the beds lacked a top sheet and we couldn't find any spare linens). Also not a big deal, as we had brought some of our own blankets that we used instead. The community pool and mini golf were a hit with kids, but you do have to drive a short distance to get there from this property. Overall, I would recommend staying here if you have a large group and need the space.

Birthday Gathering

We had a fantastic time at this property over Easter weekend. We had 23 people together to celebrate our mom's/nana's 80th birthday -- 19 adults and 4 children. The house was large enough for everyone to spread out but also had big enough common rooms for people to get together. The kitchen is well stocked with all the basic cooking equipment. We usually travel with at least 3 crates of kitchen equipment for family get togethers in rental properties. We only needed one crate for this trip and cooked 5 meals for this large group including eggs benedict and the complete Easter feast. Unlike some houses around the area, this house also has sufficient parking -- and it's level parking which appears to be quite a bonus. The game rooms (rooms!) and theater were totally enjoyed by all ages. The location is great! Quick access to all Pigeon Forge attractions and necessary shopping (like the groceries needed for a large group). Tari is a fabulous host. She was super responsive both before the trip (answering multiple questions re: what was available at the house so we could save some space in the cars) and after our arrival when I urgently needed a gate code that I somehow never saw in our pre-trip info. This was a great property for celebrating this milestone birthday. Mom/Nana thoroughly enjoyed being in the mountains with her kids and grandchildren all around her.

This was the perfect house for our extended family gathering. 24 people of all ages, and there was more than enough room for all of us. The rooms are nice and quiet even with kids running around the house. We loved evenings in the theater room, morning coffee on the balcony with the beautiful Mountain View’s, and afternoon swims in the pool. Thank you for a fantastic stay!
