"Paint was peeling from the bathroom ceiling, the bedside power and USB outlets did not work, the lamps were not plugged in and I had to move furniture to plug in the coffee maker. "

"Cool vibe! Everyone was so helpful and pleasant. Great location for us as the hotel is right in the middle of USC campus. "

"The “refreshed” rooms have poorly installed shower doors. They were literally falling off their brackets. A true hazard as they are glass. Reported to front and they moved us to another “refreshed” room where those shower doors were also not hung properly but not as dangerous as the first room. "
