"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had more choices than other similar hotel breakfasts. The bathtub was worn although clean. The hotel was surrounded by parking lots so not ideal for an extended stay where you might spend leisure time at the hotel."

"I had a beautiful stay at the Millsap-Baker Estate B&B. When I arrived, there was a note telling me to how to find my bedroom. It also told me about snacks and drinks that were available, as well as the time for breakfast in the morning. There was the phone number for the owners for any needs. The covered porch was a very peaceful place to rock I. The rocking chair and watch the birds. I sat and read my book for quite a while. Every room is decorated with amazing antique furniture! The bed was super comfortable! The shower had great water pressure. There were 3 other couples there at the time but I had no idea until the next morning, because it was so quiet. The home is located very close to the beautiful town of Damascus and the Virginia creeper trail so there are many activities if you like to hike the AT, bike the creeper trail or fish in the creek. I hope to come back again and bring my family! "

"The couch is outdated and the seat covers are cracked, but the bed and bathroom are clean. There is no way to fully close the curtains and there is a parking lot right across the street. I wish there was a listing of channels so I didn’t have to keep clicking to find local channels, etc. It seems to be in a relatively safe area and close to lots of businesses. "

"Once we figured out the panel on the front door was the keypad that needed a firm touch when pressing the code, everything else was smooth sailing. Perfectly stocked with everything one would need for a getaway—all you need to bring is food and drinks. The large old Bible was a precious find, and I enjoyed leafing through that. Hey, Google provided tunes of our choosing, and the internet was a lifesaver as cell service is basically nonexistent (at least with my carrier T-Mobile). Nice cabin to getaway in, do a little work, relax and enjoy the sounds of nature!"
