    The studio features a comfortable sleeping area, a washing machine/dryer, bathroom/shower, and a fully stocked kitchen ideal for preparing meals and enjoying morning coffee. Designed for short-term stays, the space offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, 2 portable beach chairs, sun umbrella, beach towels and everything you need for an stress-free visit.PGJyPg�PGJyPg
    Renovations completed in December 2025. All appliances are brand new. Quartz worktops throughout.

    The unit is 432 sq. foot and is perfect for couples or solo travellers. 1 baby is fine, but it will be tight with older kids.PGJyPg�PGJyPg8 minutes walk to the beach (0.35 miles)

    Enjoy expansive green spaces surrounding the complex. The heated pool and outdoor setting is perfect for morning coffee, reading or sipping a glass of wine enjoying the beautiful canal views.PGJyPgPGJyPg

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Great value stay. Host made it easy to check-in/out. Apartment is entirely updated and very clean. Perfect for 2 people who want a quiet atmosphere and do some of their own cooking. Great location, 5 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from eveything in the Seven Mile Beach area. We enjoyed the on site pool as well.
