The location is close to the beach and activities. We enjoyed the condo and the pools. It was close to some nice restaurants and shopping. The sunsets were amazing!

Great, clean property right at the very end of 7mile Beach. Staff was great convenient to all needed amenities. One thing for future travelers to not it is a little walk from the beach proper but the property pools are nice as well. Thank you for a great vacation.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and had was well appointed. We were surprised to find a full size cooler - that came in super handy for our road trip around the island. The washer and dryer were very convenient for dealing with salty/sandy beach clothes and towels! We would definitely stay here again and again!!
Fantastic communication with host. Location is amazing, just south enough to be right near lots of restaurants. Beds are comfortable, condo is impeccably clean. Could not recommend this place more. We spent a lot of time on the patio with the huge comfly chairs relaxing and reading. We went down to the small beach and snorkeled every day right there seeing squid, lobster, and lots of tropical fish. Sunset everyday was celebrated by friendly people at the oceanside pool. We are hoping to return soon! Thank you again.
Condo had everything we needed, was beautifully renovated, offered comfortable beds and lots of space to cook and relax. Loved the screened-in balcony with super comfy chairs. The neighbors were friendly and nice and we enjoyed the two clean, pretty pools as well as the beach—not huge because of erosion but ample and inviting with crystal clear water. We used bikes to get around and took the bus up and down Seven Mile Beach. Excellent vacation!
The location of the property is perfect with in walking distance to restaurants and even grocery stores. The beach was nice the water was gorgeous, you definitely need water shoes but it’s great for snorkeling! My family and I enjoyed the use of the free kayaks and bikes. I had no issues with the property the pictures are spot on. The pools stay open late and well kept. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this property to anyone visiting.
We had a great time and the amenities were on par with the price. My only suggestions would be to possibly upgrade the cookware and have some salt and pepper shakers for the condo. I was worried about not having a bathtub with my 2 year old but the shower was perfectly fine since it has both a shower head and a regular faucet in the stall. We would likely stay at this unit again in the future :)
This condo is perfect- clean and newly redone. There is no beach in front but all the beaches are public an we went to the beach right next door. They have paddle boards and kayaks to use and right on the water. The snorkeling right in front of the condo it great- wear water shoes. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and Camana Bay which has shops, restaurants and a great grocery store. We did not need a car. Took the public bus once to get to the Turtle Farm. Really great stay and would love to come back!
We stayed for 7 nights with two adults and two children. Condo was very clean, updated and has everything you need. The location is great with a variety of restaurants within walking distance (icoa for breakfast, coconut joes for late night, XQs for great pizza). Pool and grounds are well maintained. We knew there was not sand beach access but you can just walk south 200 yards to sunset cove to get to the beach there (all beaches are public) and there is a sea wall so the waves were calmer. Property manger communicated about check in/out and was very helpful. We definitely plan on returning!
Property and pool is ok. Unit clean and nice. But there is no beach. Stay further north on seven mile where you can enjoy the beach. We had to drive to governors beach to walk or sit on the beach. Very disappointed in that. The description is accurate there is no beach. Not the owners fault, but I wouldn’t go back when you can stay a mile north and enjoy 7 mile.
The condo checked all the boxes we needed for a great stay. It was perfectly clean and looked like the pictures, which are my biggest concerns when booking. They had more items provided than I expected in the kitchen, all the appliances worked great, the air conditioning didn't struggle to keep up with the heat, the beds/linens were very comfortable, and although this unit isn't directly on the beach, it took literally a minute to walk there. The internet/cable wasn't super reliable, but I'd imagine that's a complex-wide issue. Just make sure you check your international data plan so you can use your own hot spots. The beach area was small, but we had a car and wanted to explore other beaches so that wasn't a problem. We came during a time that was slow for cruise ships so we had seven mile beach to ourselves multiple days. The condo itself doesn't have a beach umbrella, but you can take your chairs to a public beach and rent an umbrella for $10. This has nothing to do with the condo, but down the street is a local restaurant called Chicken!Chicken! and has amazing wood fire roasted chicken and the Cayman style cornbread is to die for. We'd feel lucky to go back and hopefully will!
This was a great place to stay. They have thought of everything, even pickle ball rackets and pool floaters. Very close to restaurants, shops, liquor stores etc. Beach are was small which we knew beforehand but ocean was warm and you can snorkel right off the beach. I would stay here again.
