Condo # 13 is located on the third floor with amazing views of the crystal-clear Caribbean Sea and spectacular Seven Mile Beach.

Leave the stress of the real world behind and step into total relaxation. Ocean-view, 4 Bedrooms/4 Bathrooms fully furnished with all the conveniences necessary for an easy vacation.

The high ceilings and open design in this 2,500 sq.ft. Penthouse is ample space for family and friends to kick back in front of the HDTV in the open design great room or enjoy the sunsets from the screened balcony.

Penthouse # 13 is furnished in contemporary style with earth tones throughout the living area and features four beautifully well-appointed bedrooms with convenient en-suite bathrooms. There are two large oceanfront master each with king size beds and en-suite baths. From your bed you can enjoy the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea gently lapping against the white sandy beach, yes, it is heaven on earth!

The third offers a King while the fourth bedrooms have twin beds, both with en-suite baths. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet. Internet, local calls are complimentary. Need to do laundry for the kids; it’s all here, your own private washer and dryer in the condo. This condo has central air throughout.

Enjoy the ocean views right from the kitchen as the group chef whips up mouthwatering meals in the gourmet kitchen. Feel like grilling? No problem. We will provide a grill beachside for you and your group. Sit around on the beach and have dinner, or head back upstairs and enjoy eating on your spacious balcony—heavenly!

Terrific space in amazing location on 7 mile beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo had everything we needed for our multi family stay in Grand Cayman. The common space was larger than expected based on the photos, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful and daily cleaning service was provided. Angela was particularly helpful in directing us to restaurants and shopping. Ample towels and linens, well stocked kitchen. The carpet and furniture are a little tired but perfectly functional. The blinds in one of the east facing bedrooms were broken and could not be replaced during our stay but one of the staff came up to show us how to use the hurricane shutters to block the early morning sun. Being on the beach with shade and chairs available was ideal, and everything was close: grocery, shopping, restaurants. We were happy to have a car because we did explore the island a bit but you could manage without one in this spot. Added bonus was having a gym and pickleball/tennis courts (with equipment available so you don't need to pack) on property as well as a book lending library. The best snorkeling spot we found all week was just off our beach and you won't find it on any list of spots to visit. Overall a fantastic choice and we would absolutely rent here again!

Location was close to restaurants and 15 minute walk to groceries and shopping. Condo was well equipped and living area was large enough for everyone to be comfortable. Snorkeling is good off the beach. Since we had young children with us, we did fewer outside excursions. The turtle farm was great for kids. Some did a snorkel trip to stingray city etc.

Perfect for large group!

We were a family of 11 and the 4 bedrooms with bath were perfect for us. The location was great - kids and adults loved the beach and appreciated the many beach towels we could use. We spent a lot of time on the deck in comfortable outdoor furniture. Walking distance from key place to eat and shop. The unit was very clean and the front desk was helpful long before we arrived and equally so once we were there. I have only positive things to say and will return if we go back to Cayman!
