The apartment complex is easy to find, the apartment is renovated and comfortable. Views of the water are very good, steps to the pool and ocean. The management company is excellent at communicating with guests.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is perfect for either cooking yourself (very close to two grocery stores) or walking to local restaurants. You wake up to a water front view with outdoor furniture to enjoy sunsets. There is also a pool that over looks the water.
We really enjoyed our stay. Walk out the back patio and the view was amazing. The place was clean and the property manager was very responsive. She even got us some more beach chairs for our stay. I would Highly recommend this place. just a note the beach area at condo is rocky so bring water shoes. We spent our days at Governors beach and it was great!

This is a great location and great condo!!!
There is no other location like this; just steps from the beach and some fantastic snorkeling. The condo is very nice and quiet; our family had a great time.
Everything was perfect at this condo!! Amazing views, accessibility to beautiful beaches and restaurants!! We experienced the most wonderful sunsets from it... we strongly recommended this place and we definitely would love to come back!

Beautiful condo! Beach is pretty rocky.
Ideal location. Cute plantation style buildings right on the beach. Close to shops, restaurants and groceries. Short drive to town and water activities.
CocoPlum is wonderful old Caymanian feel. Quiet, close walking distance to much of what Seven Mile Beach has to over and local buses and taxi’s are abundant. Staff at CocoPlum is friendly and helpful. Breathtaking and private feeling beach area. We will definitely be coming back. Charm and everything you could wish for in a stay.
Nice condo. Good location. Snorkeling off the beach is good. Bring water shoes for an easier water entry. No afternoon shade made for hot afternoons.

Cocoplum One Stay
Enjoyed the peacefulness of this property, away from all the hustle and bustle of the resorts at Seven Mile Beach but not to far away from shopping, restaurants and water sports. No need to fight for a chair at this pool and beach towels are ready at the condo for you to use. We really enjoyed just getting into the water right outside the door and snorkeling!! Thanks Howard for an amazing stay!! We will definitely be back to Cocoplum One again.

BEST LOCATION ON THE ISLAND!
This was our 5th visit to Cayman and we wouldn't stay anywhere else but Cocoplum. It might be a little rocky to get out in the water but its away from the crowds on seven mile, tucked away in a quiet spot off the beaten path but close enough to everything you need. Wake up every morning to a beautiful unobstructed water view. Steps away to snorkeling, swimming, paddle boards delivered to the door. Walking distance to the stores & restaurants. Can't beat it for the price. Howard is an awesome host!!
My husband, daughter, her fiance and myself choose this place because of the location. The condo did not disappoint. Perfect location, perfect set up. Everything we needed was there. We were within walking distance to Kirks market and town. We cooked a few meals in and went out for a few meals. Was perfect. Jayne the property manager was available via email and always quick to respond. Water shoes are needed to enter the water but once past the rocks you are good. My guys enjoyed snorkeling the wreck right to our left.

Gorgeous beach/ reef front property , quiet, convenient and clean
I loved waking up to the sound and sight of the ocean every day. Lounging in the hammock reading was fantastic. The kitchen was stocked nicely making it easy to eat in or dine out. The neighbors ( mostly owners ) were very nice. We loved it because we could snorkel off shore. Off the wall divers were close by and picked us up for our dives every day.
We would definitely stay here again.
If I had to say anything negative about the site it would be the daily appearance of cruise ships in the distance. However, I would rather stay at a secluded site with cruise ships in my view than on a crowded 7 mile beach site packed with tourists. I highly recommend this condo. Thank you Howard!
This rental is beautiful! Management is awesome! Location is not quite as great as we thought it was going to be. We had a beautiful view however the beachfront is very rocky and difficult to get in the water. The picture does not fully show this. In the picture it shows the rocks on two sides but in between it is very rocky but you can't see it in the picture. Had to go to a public beach which was beautiful and fortunately we had rented a car. We were there during the beginning of low tourist season so the beach wasn't crowded. Still we booked thinking we could walk out front and jump in. Sadly we couldn't.
