The Space:

This charming second-floor unit is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The master bedroom features a comfy King size bed, ceiling fan, chest of drawers and private balcony to enjoy a morning coffee along with the natural sunlight and a fresh cross breeze.

The loft bedroom over looks the living room and includes 2 single beds and chest of drawers, great for kids. (this room is not enclosed)

The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a breakfast bar with stools, encouraging conversation while meals are being prepared, and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender.

Enjoy family meals or cocktails outdoors on the covered balcony off the living room, complete with an outdoor dining table.

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower (no bathtub).

Smart TVs are available for your entertainment, allowing you to access your favourite streaming services.



Guest Access:

The complex offers a large swimming pool (plus loungers on the sundeck), a communal BBQ, and on-site coin operated laundry facilities. The unit also has a couple of portable beach chairs and a sun umbrella. There is free parking available in a large car park next door. Located within walking distance to several shops, restaurants and bars, you can enjoy all the fun daytime action and nightlife.

A pleasant stroll along a pathway across the street will lead you to Camana Bay, a dynamic hub brimming with activity. Explore boutique shops, catch a film at the cinema, indulge in sweet treats at ice cream parlours, or find your next beach read at the bookshop. Camana Bay also boasts a diverse selection of restaurants with inviting outdoor patios.

Along West Bay Road, the main thoroughfare of Seven Mile Beach, you'll discover an array of dining options to suit every palate, from quick bites to exquisite fine dining, all within easy reach. Essential amenities like supermarkets, off-licences, diving supply shops, and clothing stores are also conveniently located nearby.



Getting Around:

Local Buses will stop for you while standing at the side of the road. Most trips are $2 anywhere along West Bay Road. Taxis are also available for specific destinations, but a bit pricey. Renting a car is one of the most convenient and comfortable means of transport for exploring the island, with many rental companies available at the airport. Grand Cayman is easy to get around and no two places are further than an hour’s drive apart, but remember, driving is on the left! If you've booked any tours you may not need a car as most of the tour operators provide free pick up and drop off services.
