2 Bedroom Condo Seven Mile Beach -Sunset Cove - Newly Renovated

The apartment was previously used by us as a home. It has everything you need for a relaxed vacation. It is located on the northern side of the complex with a pleasant peaceful garden view yet close to the action on the Seven Mile Beach corridor where Caymana Bay, the nightlife and famous Seven Mile Beach are located. The amenities of the complex and Margeritaville resort are a short walk away.

This is a 2nd floor apartment. Kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, juicer, toaster and kettle. The fridge has a water filter and ice dispenser. Cooking utensils are provided to prepare meals. We provide towels, beach towels, extra pillows and linens, shampoo and soap. We also have snorkel gear for you to use and assorted pool items for kids. The unit has a 42" flat screen Smart HD television, premium channels, internet chromecast, blueray dvd player with some Dvds. There is wifi coverage.

The resort has its own beach which is great for watching sunsets over the ocean. The rock wall creates a cove where you can snorkel and swim. Outdoor shower for removing sand is located back from the beach. There are a number of different pools in the complex. The largest has a swim up bar/restaurant called '5 O'Clock Somewhere'. Live bands often play there. There is also a small children's pool which is great for toddlers. There is a BBQ entertaining area in front of the children's pool and Margeritaville has another bar and Yara Restaurant. Whilst vacationing in Cayman, I will be more than happy to help you in any way we can. We will also provide you with a cell phone with local coverage.

Grand Cayman condo

This condo is well maintained, close to restaurants and shops. Swimming at pool, and ocean are real plus. 4 adults enjoyed our four night stay.

Great property right on the beach. Convenient location walking distance to several restaurants and markets or can hop onto the public bus easily if your looking to go further along 7 mile beach.

Great Condo, Great Location

We really enjoyed Sunset Cove. The cove is excellent for swimming-sandy bottom, and the water is deep enough to go over your head. It is uncrowded and you can always get a beach chair in the shade. There is a bar/restaurant by the pool that is good for lunch. The bartenders are friendly. We stayed in condo 207 and it was great. Would love to go back some time.

Excellent space and location

The accommodations were neat, clean and tidy. The hosts were extremely thoughtful and provided most things necessary for a wonderful stay. They included a helpful book of instructions and recommendations, a well equipped kitchen, a view of the ocean and comfortable surroundings. I highly recommend this place.

Great Condo!

Our family of 4 stayed over New Year's and we had a wonderful experience. The condo clean, spacious, and updated. We appreciated the onsite pool, hot tub, and beach access as well as the walkability to many restaurants. Campbell was fantastic to work with and was very helpful and accommodating. Campbell’s Awesome Condo

Very Clean and comfortable. Location to the beach and pool were mere steps. Had an ocean view from the balcony. Snorkeling from the beach is great. We saw Blue Tang, Sargent Majors, lobster, rays, and even a trumpet fish.We give it 10/10.

Our stay here was wonderful. The condo was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Campbell was a wonderful host and checked on us the first day to make sure we had everything we needed and was very helpful and informative. Onsite, there were beach and bath towels, numerous water toys and floats including snorkel gear, hand soap, paper towels, washer/dryer with a handful of detergent pods handy or leftover from the previous guest, shampoo/conditioner, bar soap, and a few things of sunscreen and mosquito repellant which came in handy at dusk since we went during the wet season. We enjoyed the spacious deck area for morning coffee and reading. The pool and beach are just beautiful and this location is quite the gem on seven mile beach as some other hotels and condo complexes don’t have much of a beach area due to storm damage. We enjoyed the pool bar - excellent food and laid back vibes - and walked to restaurants nearby, the grocery store on the first day, as well as to Georgetown for some shopping. Would absolutely stay here again.

I stayed at Sunset Cove for seven days. It was in the perfect location. The unit was very clean, organized, efficient, and the owners were very receptive to any question that I had. I would highly recommend staying in this place.

Incredibly accommodating!

The property was clean and spacious! Great location and plenty of spots near the beach and pool. Fun poolside bar. Walkable to many great restaurants and shopping area. The condo offered everything we needed and Campbell even drove us to the grocery store. He was so accommodating and we had a fabulous stay! We’ll definitely be staying again!

The pictures and description do not do it justice. This condo is absolute perfection. It is well equipped, spotless and beautifully decorated. The location is great with many things within walking distance. The pool and walk to a beautiful beach is breathtaking! The host checked in with us upon our arrival to insure everything was okay and assured us we could reach out if we needed anything or had questions. Book this condo! You’ll thank me later!

Beautiful, clean, easy + kid friendly

Wonderful space, clean and friendly property. Host was super nice and accommodating. My 2 sons (2 and 4 years old) and I enjoyed the pool and beach on property and the Governor's beach (so BEAUTIFUL) was just a short $3 (US) public bus ride away. I cooked all of their meals, everyday in a kitchen that had all you'd ever need in terms of supplies. Fridge with water filter was a plus. Wild chickens were fun for the kids + lizards :)

We would highly recommend this condo at Sunset Cove! We would love sitting on the deck in the morning with our coffee, looking at the beautiful flowers out back and even had a little view of the ocean. It was fun watching the colorful roosters walking down the path. Sunset Cove has a beautiful beach with plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Be sure to bring snorkeling gear with you or rent it, the cove on this beach has so many beautiful fish to see. We even saw a giant lobster! The water is crystal clear. The pool is beautiful with a swim up bar and great food. They even have a band on Friday nights. Campbell is great. I loved the beach hat that was at his condo & he stopped & the store and got one for me!

Beautiful condo- very clean and well appointed! Sunset Cove is a very nice complex: the pool and pool bar was such a fun place to congregate and the cove is peaceful with calm, gentle waters- perfect for our toddler and older guests alike! The location on SMB was perfect for exploring the island. We cannot wait to return!
