Location, location, location! Steps from Seven Mile Beach with stunning Caribbean Sea vistas. There are thousands of hotel rooms and condos but this condo on Seven Mile Beach is one of a kind. This is a perfect 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo for the discerning guests who want the luxury of a spacious and fully renovated condo for their family or for vacationing with another couple. Free parking. Walk to restaurants.

Are you paying for a room with a garden view or view of the parking lot? Switch to this condo with the views you deserve on vacation. Views of the white sandy beach, beautiful Caribbean Sea, waterfall in the swimming pool, hot tub.
Barefoot beach days: wide sandy beach with umbrellas and loungers - perfect for snorkelers exploring the cove. Watch spectacular sunsets from our balcony.

It’s centrally located within the complex and within walking distance (1.2 mi) to Georgetown and (1 mi) Camana Bay for great dining and shopping. Within a 10 to 15 minute walk, there are lots of fabulous restaurants along West Bay Road.

When you walk into this fully renovated condo, you will see the Caribbean Sea and swimming pools. Owners fell in love with this second floor ocean view, poolside condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. No elevator.

Steps away from swimming pool with waterfall, kiddie pool, hot tub. In fact, you can sit on the balcony and talk with your family members while they are in the pool or hot tub.

The two bathrooms have been renovated with a new Kohler bathtub and larger sized walk-in shower. Quartz countertop with double sinks and a custom-built vanity. Master bedroom floor has been replaced and a pocket door separating the bedroom from the bathroom.

Kitchen has new cabinets, new appliances (fridge with ice maker, stove, microwave and dishwasher and granite counter tops), blender, Keurig and regular coffee maker. Full size washer and dryer in the condo.

Large dining room and living room. High end furniture, and oh so comfortable mattresses on the king, queen, and twin beds. Two flat screen tvs, smart speakers, Blu ray/DVD player, and fiber optic Wi-Fi.

Compare the total rental cost with the hotel's total costs as they charge a daily resort fee as well as a service fee. 50% of the condos owners/renters are expats who work on the island. When they are at work, you get to enjoy the pool and beach. You won't need to reserve loungers and umbrellas at 6 a.m.

We are happy to share our family vacation home with you. Hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Note: The adjacent hotel structure will be a building site in 2026 for a new Hyatt Centric Hotel. Our beach, swimming pool, hot tub and swim up bar will be open to our guests at Sunset Cove.

Wonderful Stay!

Kheng’s property is perfect for a long weekend getaway! Close to everything, convenient pool and beach access, well-labelled condo and an excellent swim up pool bar to boot! This is our second time staying there and it’s where we intend to stay every time we visit Cayman if we can!

7 Mile Getaway

This property is in a great location, with all amenities nearby. The swim up bar is a fun touch. We will hopefully return for a longer stay. The hosts did a very nice job of making this unit more of a home than a hotel.

Great Place

This condo was a fantastic place to stay—clean, modern, and perfectly located. With many great restaurants within walking distance, dining options were endless. Kheng, the owner, was great at communicating with us, and if it’s your first stay on the island, she provides plenty of helpful information. Highly recommend it and would definitely return!

Property was better than listed. Unit was well-stocked with lots of useful extras (like pack&play & beach toys). Owners were very responsive and helpful. Perfect location

This I was our second time at Sunset Cove and again had a great time. It’s a perfect location on 7 MB and the beach is beautiful and private. Our hosts are always so helpful with information and recommendations of all sorts. The condo is very well equipped and clean with both poolside and ocean views.

Beautiful condo in perfect location

This lovely condo was perfect for our week diving. Light-filled and a balcony with pool AND beach view, close to our Georgetown dive dock, the grocery stores and great restaurants. Great mattresses, too! Our hosts made everything easy and answered all our questions. Can't wait to go back!

Wonderful Stay!

The property was perfect for my husband and I along with our two young adult children. The condo was clean and well stocked. Pool and beach were wonderful. Having the Lazy Lizard onsite was great for a drink or quick bite to eat. Pizza place within walking distance was a a savior as we arrived on a Sunday when the grocery stores are closed. Owners provided detailed and extensive information about the condo and island. We loved our stay!

Beautiful location for fun with family

We had a wonderful first experience on Grand Cayman while staying at this property. The host provided ample information about the island (restaurant and activity recommendations, etc) which helped us create a rough itinerary and really feel like we explored as much of the island as we could in a week. The rental is well equipped with everything you would need while staying there. The pool and protected cove are fabulous for little kids. We will definitely be returning and have already recommended the location to friends and family!

One word sums it up- AMAZING!

This was by far one of the best vacations we have ever had. Kheng and Grant’s place met all of our needs and by far exceeded our expectations They have thought of every single detail to make your stay an amazing one. The grounds were kept so clean and having the pool close was a blessing for my teenager. The cove was an excellent place to snorkel and swim. Vacation Heaven

This was the most perfect condo to stay in. The owner gave every attention to detail possible making this day even better. The condo is situated in such a way that you can enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean and the pool at the same time. All of the recommendations made were spot on. Excellent unit

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Cove. The unit is well-equipped and organized. The hosts have thought of everything you might need. The complex is peaceful, and we made frequent use of the hot tub. Tip to renters: our favorite restaurants were Casanova’s and Pane & Pasta—best Italian food we ever ate (definitely better than what we got in Italy).

Amazing stay for your vacation

Loved our stay! This was our first time to the island and we had the best vacation. This condo has everything you need, the property was the best, and the location was just perfect. We stayed with our 3 adult children and they loved the condo and property as much as my husband and I. Kheng was absolutely amazing to work with, she had lots of tips and suggestions for our first visit to the island! The communication was the best I have ever dealt with. We normally go to Hawaii every year and this year we decided to switch it up, we are so glad we did. We will definitely be back and definitely be staying here again.

Outstanding stay with Kheng and Grant at Sunset Cove

We had a wonderful vacation in Grand Cayman and staying at Sunset Cove. Kheng was extremely helpful ahead of our trip with information regarding the unit, the island in general and making sure our arrival was smooth. We found the information on VRBO to be accurate and there were no surprises. This is a second floor unit overlooking the interior pool and grounds. We hope to be back next year! Thank you

Beautiful cove, close to everything!

We spent 2 night’s at Kheng and Grant’s place in Sunset Cove. The beach was nice and we loved the pool bar at the Lazy Lizard. The coo do was exactly as pictured. We spent time relaxing on the porch. It had everything we needed. It’s in a great location. We ate at Piccolinos- cute cafe and awesome staff. And dined at XQs. Kheng sent tims of recommendation of what to do and where to eat. Too much to choose! We would stay here again, and appreciated the hospitality! Oh- and my daughter left her bathing suits when we checked out, and Kheng was really helpful in coordinating for us to pick them up the next day.
