Everything about the hotel was terrible rooms are small with no storage. And the room including the entire hotel had a horrible scent. No windows and no fresh air in the building. Im surprised how they are operating. we were avoiding going into the room as much as possible. The manager and staff were not helpful at all they charge you on everything even if you want them to hold luggages. Do not stay in this place. The place was dirty and not sanitary. Next time i would stay anywhere but here very disappointed!!!!

The room was larger than normal for London. It was comfortable and quiet. The staff were quite accommodating, very pleasant all the way around. Breakfast was wonderful. The lifts were quick.

Perfect hotel for a busy first trip to London! Walking distance to so many things and easy connection to the Tube, busses, and water taxi. Insanely busy outside, but extremely quiet inside.

Our stay at La Suite West was wonderful! The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, modern and a good size for London standards. The area is nice and close to a lot of cafes, restaurants, Notting Hill and most importantly the metro. The price is right for all that you get! We would certainly stay here again
