"Loved our stay here. Very clean and self check in was actually quite easy. Thers a single washer and dryer downstairs but also a laundromat around the corner. Also a Family Mart attached tp the building - great for coffee and breakfast. Quad room is a bit tight at night but very doable with some organzation. "For the price, it is very good value. Location is decent, 15 min walk to Shinsaibashi/Dotonbori/Kuromon. It is quite loud even through out the night as it faces a highway. They even provide earplugs as they know how loud it is. So not for light sleepers for sure. Family mart right across the street. Another thing to note is there are so so many signs all posted around the place - telling you what you can’t do. Again for the price, this is probably as good as it’ll get. "
