Best Western Park Hotel

8/10 Good
"Overall a perfectly good hotel for a one night stop whilst driving down Italia. The staff was very very nice, at check in, check out, and breakfast, very nice. The room was ok. Bathroom fine and clean. The breakfast was so so. It was ok, the quality of the eggs not so great, but not terrible. Overall it was good value for money and I would stay there again."

Frequently asked questions

What is the best area to stay in Settima?
The best area to stay in Settima is the historic town centre, particularly around Piazza Garibaldi and Via Emilia.

This area is the heart of Settima, offering a great blend of historic charm and modern conveniences. You'll find a delightful mix of traditional trattorias, elegant boutiques, and artisan shops lining the narrow, cobbled streets. Piazza Garibaldi, with its impressive fountain and historic buildings, is a central gathering point, while Via Emilia, a historic Roman road, serves as the main artery through the town, connecting you to many of Settima's key attractions.

For couples looking for a romantic and cultured getaway, the historic centre is ideal. You're within easy walking distance of the Settima Cathedral, the Civic Museum, and numerous art galleries. Evenings can be spent enjoying authentic Emilia-Romagna cuisine at a local restaurant or sipping aperitifs in a charming piazza.

Travellers who appreciate easy access to transport will also find the historic centre convenient. The main train station is just a short walk away, making day trips to nearby cities like Parma or Bologna straightforward.
When is the best time to go to Settima?
The best time to visit Settima, Emilia, Italy is during the shoulder seasons of spring (April to June) and autumn (September to October).

These months offer pleasant weather, with comfortable temperatures that are ideal for exploring the region's culinary delights and historic towns. You'll find fewer crowds compared to the peak summer months, allowing for a more relaxed and enjoyable experience, whether you're strolling through a local market or visiting a historic site.

For couples looking for a romantic getaway, late spring is particularly appealing. The countryside is lush with new growth, and the days are long enough for leisurely drives through the Emilia-Romagna region, stopping at vineyards or balsamic vinegar producers. The mild evenings are superb for al fresco dining.

Solo travellers who appreciate cultural experiences will find autumn equally rewarding. The harvest season is in full swing, offering opportunities to taste seasonal produce and local specialties.
