I want to start by saying that my overall experience at this hotel was okay. The staff was great and very friendly. We were given Room 603, which was very modern, clean, and nice. The room was small, but that was not a problem for us since we were only staying for two nights. The location was also very convenient, as it was close to the places we were visiting in Athens. The main issue we experienced was that our room did not have any windows. The heater was on, and there was no proper ventilation, which made the room extremely hot. We were sweating a lot and felt very uncomfortable. We went to the front desk three times asking for help. One of the girls at the front desk was clearly frustrated but tried her best to assist us. Unfortunately, the issue could not be resolved right away. we even contacted Expedia, but they were waiting for the hotel manager to call us back, and no immediate solution was offered. Because of this, we decided to leave the hotel. However, just as we were ready to go, a staff member came to our room and explained to us that he needed permission from the manager who wasn't onsite to toggle the hvac controls to allow the room to receive AC,he manually adjusted the heater.we were able to get some sleep, although the temperature was still not completely comfortable. The second night was even hotter, but we managed to sleep despite the discomfort. Overall, the hotel was okay, but the lack of ventilation and the heating issue made our stay less enjoyable

Perfect location, spacious room (junior suite), very modern clean line design, super nice and helpful service from all front desk staff. We had pre-requests as we came to celebrate one's birthday and all were beautifully organised. The welcoming was lovely with personal staff explaining the rooms smart option. The luggage was taken to the room by the staff without us asking (the room wasn't ready on early arrival check-in time). And with all of that, the sofa bed wasn't compatible- there wasn't anything to hold the middle section when it's open and the body didn't find it's ease supporting spots and was bit unfun to wake up like this. The room lights went off suddenly few times (funny situations) but we just pressed them again. The shower was great, but the rain shower head need more maintenance as its was partly sealed, squirting in different directions and the stream was little stronger than usual, probably due to pressure from water outlets that were not clean of limescale.

Rooftop restaurant and Acropolis view at night is spectacular!

This Hotel was great the only thing at the back of the hotel was garbage I don’t know the can fix that .

Breakfast was amazing. Roof top bar and bubble domes are a must do for dinner and drinks. Rooms were spacious.
