"Clean room "

"Poor TV reception, loud noises from neighbors, construction worker crews left at 4am and their trucks were very noisy, fridge made a heavy noise at night and had to be unplugged. Breakfast was decent though. "

"I was not concerned about the hot tub. The room very dusty. The ice machine was out of order so was the juice dispenser. The juice dispenser was dirty with caked on residue. I didn't see a complimentary breakfast nor was I offered one. No one said I hoped you enjoyed your stay or come again."

"Bathroom was not very clean. Mold in shower, something splattered on the wall next to the toilet. Very dirty grout on the floor. Light above the coffee bar was burnt out. "

"My family and I stayed in room 112 which was located on the bottom floor next to the ice machine. The floors were filled with stains and dirt among the entire baseboard and furniture. The bathroom faucet was making a squeaking sound the entire night. Once we woke up, my family of 4 had bedbug bites all over our body from ankles, back,my toddler face , arms and even thighs. I contacted the front desk and he barely spoke English so the conversation didn’t go far. "
