"Room was lovely. Comfortable bed. I think the pool could have been cleaner. Lots of sand and debris. Lots of amenities but everything is an upcharge including chairs and umbrellas on the beach…and they are not quality or comfortable beach chairs. It appears to be a good family resort as there was so many kids. The entertainment is in the lobby and we felt they could have a better location so people are able to sit and enjoy it. There does seem to be large empty spaces around in the hotel."

"Great property! It's definitely far from the airport. About a 50 min drive. They have a partnership with a vehicle rental company near the hotel--make sure you coordinate that before you get there as vehicles can be limited."

"Let’s start off with the beauty that is the hotel! From the lobby, to the pool, to the rooms, and restaurants, it’s absolutely breathtaking. You walk into your room and they are amazing. You’ve got your bed area, kitchen area, living room area, and your balcony. It’s clean and has all the tools and accessories you could need in the kitchen and bathroom. They clean your room every other day and it’s like walking back into it for the first time, EVERY TIME. You walk onto your balcony for a BEAUTIFUL view of the ocean. Even your front doors have an amazing view of the tree line. The hotel was quiet, even with neighbors, and the staff were very nice, helpful and respectful. Checking in and checking out was a breeze and the price was definitely worth the stay. The Hiyori was a great choice to stay and deserve return stays! Oh! And the hotel has restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner but they are extra cost; delicious food too!"

"パイナップルパークへ行くのが目的で宿泊しました。21世紀の森ビーチ、沖縄料理食堂やコンビニへも徒歩10分以内でとてもアクセスしやすいです！高速バス乗降車のできる名護市役所からも歩いて行ける範囲ではあります。非常に便利な場所で助かりました！部屋も清潔でしたし、アメニティも揃っていました、そしてなによりこちらのホテルには看板猫さんがいて、運よく会えたのが何より嬉しかったです！！！"

"The pool needs redoing and area around the pool floor needed painting. The gym was too small and hot. The Executive lounge was amazing and staff was the best. Our suite view was spectacular and loved our room. Overall, enjoyed our stay. Just a bit far from everything tho. The restaurant food was too expensive. The valet girls were the best."

"It is an older resort and was FILLED with kids everywhere. But the staff upgraded us to executive floor 12 and it was amazing and the room and views were excellent."
