This charming 38 m² one-bedroom apartment in Sesimbra is the perfect retreat for couples looking to unwind by the sea. Just a short walk from the beach, it offers a cozy and comfortable stay in a prime location. The property is situated on the 1st floor and is accessible by stairs, providing easy access to the stunning coastline and local seaside attractions.

Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. 

For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup effortless, as well as a washing machine, and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The property is nestled on a charming street in Sesimbra, within the historic Santiago (Sesimbra) parish. This picturesque area is known for its stunning coastal scenery and close proximity to several must-visit attractions.

Just a short walk away, you'll find some of Sesimbra’s most beautiful beaches, including Praia da Califórnia and Praia do Ouro. With their golden sands and crystal-clear waters, these beaches are perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and a variety of water activities.

History enthusiasts can explore the nearby Fort of São Domingos da Baralha, a 17th-century fortification that once played a crucial role in Portugal’s coastal defence. Though now in ruins, it remains a fascinating site that offers a glimpse into the region’s past.

The surrounding area is also rich in local charm, with vibrant markets, boutique shops, and inviting eateries where you can savour authentic Portuguese flavours.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Avª 25 Abril, is just a 1-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 57-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
