"This property is a ApartHotel, so it doesn’t have an iron or hair dryer available, you have to request it. It is comfortable for long term stay, but again bring your own bathroom supplies, as it is limited to shampoo and gel only. Bathroom shower would benefit from a soap dish or small stand to be able to use own supplies. Thanks"

"The hotel staff were so helpful and friendly, we were able to check in early and leave our luggage on the last day. Room was cleaned and re set every morning. The main hotel area was clean, modern and spacious, however the room we were in did feel outdated. The bed wasn’t the comfiest but I do believe you get what you pay for here. The train is about 30 mins to Sol center and it is a short walk down the road to the station. There was also a lot of building work right outside the window which was noisy in the mornings. But I would stay here again as it is great value for money."

"Stayed here for a visit to the Madrid Open tennis. Arrived at 12.30 & staff were very friendly letting me check in immediately before heading to stadium. Uber was €6.50 each way & was really quick. AC was nice & cool. Free bag of sweets. Would be better if there was some water provided, only way to get this is vending machine at reception lobby. Same with tea/coffee."

"Excelente ubicación si tienes que viajar desde el aeropuerto de Madrid. Ya nos quedaba una noche en la ciudad y decidimos tomarnos un descanso, fue la mejor alternativa. Muy fácil de llegar, la ubicación es tranquila y aunque tienen estacionamiento, hay muchos espacios alrededor del edificio. Esta muy cerca del Centro Comercial, muy conveniente para hacer las ultimas compras. Limpio, cómodo y seguro."

"The breakfast was very good for this type of hotel and offered good value for the price. The location was fairly quiet, and there is a Lidl supermarket only about 100 meters from the hotel, which was very convenient. However, it takes around 45–60 minutes to reach Madrid’s tourist centre by public transportation. The main issue was the air conditioning in the room, which was not working properly and only ran in fan mode. When I asked reception about fixing it, I was told simply to open the window, and no effort was made to repair or activate the AC during my stay."
